A list of puns related to "Cosmic Cube"
I recently purchased the Arcane Cosmic cube, and when I view it in the store, it says it has 3d 8h left. Does this mean I have 3 days to purchase it, or 3 days to complete it? In 3 days, will I still be able to complete it if I haven't finished it, but have purchased it?
Hey, I know this has been discussed on here already but even after reading through all the threads there's still no fix for me.. In my case I purchased the polus cube with beans but whatever field I select it says "owned", like in my screenshot. However I clearly don't own them.
I restarted the game several times, deinstalled all mods, re-installed the whole game, same bug.
Am I just really dumb and missing something or is this bug just gonna stay forever now?
Also, has anyone had experience with reaching out to the developers/support if there's any?
Any help is appreciated - thanks!
I'm talking about the present version, the species of the Beyonders.
hi so i activated the mira cosmic cube and it said i was earning currency but it wouldnt let me buy anything and then when i left the game and re entered all the currency was gone
am i doing something wrong? how do i use this thing?
Dormammu is stronger then a lot of the cosmic entities in marvel. Would he care if a cosmic cube came drifting into the dark dimension?
I am running a table top RPG based on marvel, and I have a story line involving a cosmic cube that is left unattended in the dark dimension. I'm just wondering if it makes sense? Im counting on Dormammu to be so powerful he doesnt even pay it any mind, but if he would realistically be interested in it, then ide like to change my story.
How can I play the cosmic cube missions from that event back in the summer? I missed the event but want to keep up with the ongoing storyline. Iβve heard thereβs a new villain sector thatβs related to it? Where can I find that?
No Spoilers ahead
First off, I had no expectations for this, and it was easily the one thing on the roadmap I gave absolutely no shit about
With that said, it was surprisingly fun, difficult and the story beats have me very interested
If this is truly the way they're headed with boss fights, then that gets me excited. It was so refreshing playing a boss fight with mechanics and one that actually poses a threat if you mess up
The mission actually felt like an Avengers mission due to the team actually being there with new cutscenes and voicelines and it didn't feel like Taking Aim and Future Imperfect with the rest of the Avengers present instead of just the Hawkeyes
Lastly, I'm excited with where the story is headed after that ending. It's what I've been waiting for and I can't wait
More of this CD, please
The cut scene at the end, the fact Hawkeye has to be there, and the mission favors ranged damage. This had to be the real ending and not that sponge Maestro. Bet money, they pushed it out cause they needed content and saved this for later.
I've really been hating on this game a lot (justifiably so)
It's got a lot wrong and has a lot to make up for, but I'm really hopeful that Wakanda can turn it around, almost like a relaunch. I want the game to do well, I want it to succeed.
I hope they start making better decisions and really listening to the community.
I'm willing to give the game a second chance.
PS: Guardians of the Galaxy looks awesome!
Seriously, itβs amazing, difficult, and it makes you feel like an avenger! I really do want to play through it with every hero. Good job on this CD
I came back to the game after 3 months to see what was up. I noticed there was now some sort of end game mastery grind, Champion points or whatever. Pretty barebones, but it's something to chase.
I played the cosmic cube fight both as a 75 Hawkeye and 150 Cap and let me tell you, it was fucking terrible.
First things first, the game is incredibly unclear with what it wants you to do. The prompt is to attack Monica when her shields are down. Thinking I had to kill the clones to get the shields down made sense, but I kept wiping to the 1-shot AOE. Having Jarvis up made no difference. It took about 5 wipes for me to realize, if you get hit, you die (with some pretty dodgy hitboxing on the pillars).
Then, after getting to the third phase, when all the clones are up, and about, and some very cheap deaths that reminded me of launch (gravity + explosion + suppressed, I go from full health to death in half a second, without being able to do anything).
I have yet to beat monica, since when I make it past the third phase, there are no more columns to hide behind, and she just spams that 1 shot-aoe over and over again.
I can see this working with Thor, Iron Man, but the hole she's hovering around keeps my melee characters from doing much, and my Hawkeye is probably undergeared.
In addition to all of it, there seems to be pretty bad bugs in this fight. Every few phases, when I fight the gravity person, I keep getting hit with some sort of bug where my character is only ever able to walk. Not run, not slowed, just walk. There's no debuff, I just can't run, so it's a quick death. Strangely though, I have regular speed with jump attacks, but for regular moving/positioning, it's a very slow walk.
The game has come a ways from when I stopped playing, but there's still a deep lack of polish to go. I'm excited for Wakanda, but given this, it's still half baked. All they seemed to add was an empty grind for minor stat improvements, still no good loot to chase. And the new content seems as buggy as the old content and poorly balanced. Damage sponges and damage thresholds are bad design.
OK, got around to sitting down with Cosmic Cube. I've said enough about the IP address farce, so for the sake of staying objective & talking about the content itself on its own merits, I'm gonna pretend that didn't happen.
This boss fight is what I expected from the game day 1.It's multilayered, interesting in its visuals and design, has mechanics, cutscenes, dialogue and most importantly... It's FUN. It's actually fun. It's the most fun I've had since my first go of A-day. It feels like endgame content and hopefully bosses continue in this direction.
It's not perfect by any means, its pretty standard boss fight affair by the standards of any other game. But compared to the rest of Avengers, it feels fresh and new. I really enjoyed it. If we can get a steady stream of this type of coop content, players may yet come around.
Hopefully Klaw in Wakanda can replicate or better yet improve upon this new direction in boss battles. I also loved the little tease in the last cutscene.
Cutscenes are important, we should get more of them. Makes this Marvel world feel more alive. Just keep this energy going... And please... No more Doxxing π€¦π»ββοΈEvery time you guys have a win you seem to overshadow it with an even bigger L. Today could have easily been a day where people saw this game's potential, but sadly you blew it with more technical issues. That's all I'll say on that.
Side note: Making the Hive half the length is much better. Next stop, make it coop. Bring back RedRoom permanently with coop. Make tachyon anomaly it's own mode. Stuff as much content in as possible. Baby steps that go a long way. In summary: a good step in the right direction.
This is what new OLTs and sectors need to be like regularly. Imagine a Loki boss fight like this one, where he uses magic and illusions. So many amazing possibilities.
It seems really obvious that Cosmic Cube should have been at the end of Clint's story and it was a little jarring that it wasn't.
It's so obvious which villain was set up though at the end!! So excited.
Do we know when this was recorded? Past few months? Or before launch?
If recent, gives me hope that they still have budget for this kind of stuff. Wakanda should deliver.
Edit: wow this is hard, had to give up on the boss battle. This is "Step 1"??
So Iβve been checking this sub throughout the day and Iβve seen some people saying they are having difficulty beating it and others saying it wasnβt even bad. Im in the category of I thought the difficulty wasnβt too easy and wasnβt too hard. Idk if itβs easier with friends because Iβm a solo player. But do you guys feel like this is perfect or do we need to scale up or down in terms of difficulty and mechanics. I personally feel like a βHard Modeβ similar to other games would be perfect for this, with the enemies scaling to 170 with maybe a twist on certain aspects of the fight. Letβs get a conversation going!
I've completed the map, gone to the anthill, and stood in front of Pym, but there's no prompt to do anything and the quest wont complete. Any help?
I am looking for someone to help me get through the cosmic cube mission I can't seem to beat it by myself. I just need to figure out how to get my AI to attack the main enemy when she is exposed.
I made it to Monica and have spent probably two to three hours just playing that final fight over and over and over again. I can never deal enough damage to stop her from sending her energy waves, and if I don't run for cover, I get insta-killed because she wipes out the entire team. I'm maxed out level-wise and have upgraded my ranged damage twice using the new exp system. Is it just impossible to win as Cap?
What should an Avengers game be? Look at the Avengers movies. In each and every Avengers movie, it boils down to the Avengers facing off against endless waves of easily-defeated enemies to get to the hard-to-beat main boss.
Because the reality is, the Avengers are CRAZY powerful. Like, they have the Hulk on their team, y'know? He'd probably be able to take on these waves of enemies alone most of the time. My point is, these grunts are not and shouldn't be the real problem. The Avengers need, and always have needed, these comically insane villains to pose any threat or challenge to them. Loki, Korvac, Kang, Thanos, MODOK, Ultron, etc.
So now, look at this Cosmic Cube thing. You have these waves of Monica clones that you have to get through to get to the main Monica who has the cosmic cube. Now, all you do is make these waves of enemies easier to get through, then it's perfect. I think I saw someone say on here once early on that it should be more like Left 4 Dead, where killing the zombies isn't the problem, the problem is that there are tons of 'em. And once we mow down through these waves, we have the sick, challenging boss battle.
Obviously, just an idea. Just felt like it could actually be implemented into the game. Anyways, having fun with this new villain sector and I hope to see more like it. It's nice to feel hopeful about this game's future again.
So I'm playing the cosmic cube event for the first time and I dont manage to defeat Monica. Her attack after losing her shield kills my ai team in an instant as they dont hide behind the pillars. Thats not the worst part, as after 4 waves of enemies every pillar is gone and she wipes out my whole team before I can defeat her. Is it even possible to win alone with an ai team? Do you guys know a way to do this alone?
Round 1. Each man has just found their respective square
Round 2. Both are experienced with harnessing the powers of their item
Both have bloodlusted who wins ?.
