A list of puns related to "Consensus decision making"
I mean what's the issue here? You can make a decent champ (like Ninja) without making him broken (and boring). Stop insulting the guy.
Don't you sufficiently insult your player base for years?! - silver, time in game, mino, shitty champ rebalances, 3v3, tavern, daily rewards, dupe system, market. You CAN make money doing good decisions, please try it.
I got a new job that requires a car every week or so. I need something reliable, cheap (Highest OTD price must be lower than $26k), relatively small/medium sized, with great fuel efficiency and safety features. (Would also love nice tech features but itβs not completely necessary).
I found a very reputable hometown dealer and they have a 2019 Kia Forte LXS (in FL) for an OTD price of ~$24k. The car has 27k miles and has the factory warranty active until October of 2023. (I was also given the opportunity to extend the warranty for another 3 years for $1.4k.) I would pay around $330/mo. for 72 months ($340/mo with the extended warranty) at around 2.54% APR. There was only one previous owner and no history of accidents.
Is this a good deal? Could this car make it to 72 months? Should I get the extended warranty?
Iβve never taken on this much debt before so Iβm concerned Iβm signing my financial freedom away on a bad purchase. Anything advice would be appreciated!
>Dragic on Barnes: "I think he's ready. Everybody expects him to score, but he can do so many other things. He can defend, he's great at decision making... That's something that you cannot find, it's rare, especially for rookies, and Scottie's that guy."
He's that guy, pal
Hey everyone! I finally have money to buy my first ever PC! Yay!!
I'm coming from an i7-8565U Asus laptop that can handle my workloads well, but I'll be continuing my studies so I need something that can handle a lot of Adobe programs, 3ds max as well as games like GTA V, Valorant. For around $1,100 USD, this is what I can get:
Intel i5-12600K - $375 (i7-12700K is $500)
MSI Z690 PRO A Wi-Fi DDR4
Noctua NH-D15 (CHROMAX) Black
Corsair Vengeance RGB RT 8X2=16GB 3600MHZ DDR4 White
Gigabyte 256GB NVME Gen 3
Kingston NV1 500GB NVME Gen 3
Seasonic SSR-650GB3 S12 III 650W 80+ BRONZE
Montech X3 Mesh RGB Fan White w/ 6 RGB Fan
I'm also considering getting an ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 V2 OC 12GB (add $630) to help me with rendering and gaming, so around $1,700 USD in total? All parts listed are available in the shop I'm inquiring in, who will also build the PC for me, except for the Noctua.
Is it worth the price or am I robbing myself of better components at the same price range? I'm open to recommendations! Especially an alternative to the Noctua NH-D15 since it's hard to find here. The PC will be in an airconditioned room, but I do live in a tropical country. I really want the PC to last me more than 5 years and can be my source of income in the future :D
Edit: I have my own keyboard, mouse, table, headset, and monitor (1080p, 60hz I think and planning to buy another). All that's left for me to buy is the PC itself and mounts :D
Let's say someone decides to side with the Stormcloaks but in future games it is mentioned that the Empire won nonetheless or vice versa
Iβm a first time mom. My son will 1 on December 5th. This year my health has rapidly declined and Iβve been seeing a lot of doctors because of it. I was even hospitalized 3 days this month. To afford rent we got a loan from my brother in-law and my husband would work on his warehouse after work for him. Well this week I have specialist doctors that Iβm finally able to see and we have my sons party so my husband wouldnβt be able to work as much. My brother in-law got upset and said forget about it and was very passive-aggressive and disrespectful. Well they also paid for a hotel for a family trip and he mentioned that too. We already canβt afford Christmas due to medical. I was planning on doing a small one with just gifts for my son. Now Iβm thinking Iβll help my husband work on the warehouse and cancel my appointments and see them in February when they have their next openings and use the money I was gonna use for my son to pay for the hotel. They recently gave my son winter clothes but I donβt want to owe them so I was going to return them since they still have the tag. I figured my son wouldnβt remember this Christmas and my husbands parents would give him presents anyway. Am I making the right decision? I donβt wanna owe my sister and her husband. Iβm okay with not having a Christmas and so is my husband I just worry Iβll look bad to my son. I canβt do hard labor but I figured I could at least clean and paint to help my husband while he does the rest. I also donβt mind rescheduling. The doctors are pretty sure itβs a bone marrow disease or cancer but need the specialist but I think I can survive till February but my husband thinks Iβve already waited too long. Am I making the right decision?
Edit: my sister saids sheβs not getting involved. Iβm the 6 out of 7 kids. My sister is 7 years older than me and it seems like all my older siblings will always see me as the kid sister and continue to treat me like one.
I want better cameras. Iβve been reading and have only gotten more confused. I am not an IT professional. I have a HomePod, some Wemo plugs, and a Wyze cam. The Wyze cam was cool in the beginning but itβs time to upgrade. I want something that is secure and works.
My main want is something easy to be able to watch a 24 hour recording if needed. Something where my video isnβt on some sketchy server. And able to access live video in the Apple home app. I donβt want a subscription. I cannot (at the moment) mess too much with my Ethernet ports due to living in apartment. Perfect world Iβd build a new house tomorrow with Ethernet ports in every room and outside my house on every corner then. No outside camera or doorbell needed now (apartment)
The options I have considered thus far are: Aqara: sounds easy, add to Apple home, Aqara app not needed to use HKSV and access camera. Can I still update without 3rd party app? I like the G2H but I was wondering about the micro SD slot. Can I use HKSV for my free 10 recordings per day and the micro SD to watch the whole day if needed? I can just pull it out, plug it into my Mac and watch the full day? Are there security risks with this brand or camera?
Unifi: a little out of budget and too complex but Iβm willing to invest and learn if this is the perfect solution. Dream machine pro now, with one access point to replace router and hopefully get luck and get a few G3 instants? I know they are out of stock all the time but I would gladly buy as I could get. After I move I would use the controller, AP, wifi cameras as a start and buy the switch with outdoor mounted POE cameras and more AP.
Reolink or Amcrest wifi cameras with Synology NAS as the NVR: Maybe the DS220+? Iβm confused about the βdockerβ as I heard this isnβt as smooth as a process as a different system linked with homebridge. E1 Pro for Reolink or ip4m-1041/51 for amcrest. Do amcrest/Reolink have a NVR that is good? My biggest confusion is can the NVR work with HomeKit via something simple like homebridge and is the NVR secure? So it records video, saving to hard drives while able to view live in the home app. Is this data being broadcasted on some server other than apples in the process? It looks like the Synology NVR can be accessed anywhere does that mean these files are on the internet only protected by a log in? I just want an alert something is happening, the ability to view live and if itβs something serious, I can replay video once Iβm home at my c
... keep reading on reddit β‘How do you all make big decisions...the milestone ones?
I would greatly appreciate tips, blogs, podcasts, and/or books surrounding decision making from an aspie perspective.
Here are some of the issues I'm running into.
NT/common-sense advice, like making a "pros and cons list", is not necessarily clarifying anything. I get lost in the details.
Many level headed types make decisions based on the consistency of their "values." I'm a chameleon. Although I believe in solitude as integral, beyond this point I don't have a lot of consistency. My personality changes/adapts. My interests, possibly due to ADHD, waver.
Even if I research the hell out of all options and decide on one, I'm often thrown off by the social encounters. In other words, I feel like for every decision, I have a massive blind spot: how people will react to a silent and/or aloof type (myself) seems to overpower the other positive factors of a new job, new apartment and neighborhood, etc. So I live with some decisions slightly regretfully.
I'm myopic. Sometimes I'm not even realizing a third or fourth option because my thinking can be very black and white.
Anyhow, I'd like to hear about your "big" decision making process.
Of course, I wont officially be making this change until next week, though.
Ain't no fucking way I'm missing Rampage and Full Gear.
