A list of puns related to "Color confinement"
When quarks are pulled apart there is a point where the gluon field "snaps" to create a new quark/antiquark pair, wouldn't the expansion of the universe some day supply enough energy to cause massive creation of mesons, thus slowing expansion down or at least stabilize it's rate?
So grand unified theories predict proton decay, but how exactly? Arenβt the Quarks color confined and stable? Plus, protons are the lightest baryon... I feel Iβm missing something important
Natraya accepted the outstretched hand, startled at the restrained strength she could feel in the heavy fingers and the musculature that pulled her easily to her feet. She looked up at the lemur, able to feel how massive, how dense, how... solid it was with more than just her eyes and the lingering phantom sensation of her hand in its hand.
"OK, sister, first thing's first, you have any combat training?" the lemur asked.
Natraya shook her head. "No. I was a lady in waiting to a Lady Most High," she said softly.
The lemur nodded. "All right. That's fine," it said. It frowned. "Do you usually go clothed or is your fur enough for you, like some Pubvian nudist or a puffie?"
Natraya shook her head. "The creatures, they ripped my clothing from me," she said softly, hugging her self.
"Huh," the lemur said. It reached down, grabbed the sleeve of one of the Dwellers, and yanked up, dumping the naked body on the floor and lifting up the robe. "Too big," it said. It eyed Natraya in such a way that she instinctively covered her privates and her mammaries. The lemur gave a chuckle before it lifted up the robe, bit part of it, then ripped it in half. Fat purple sparks jumped free from the cloth, dissolving in midair in sparkles.
"Ew, tastes like tinfoil on the back fillings," the lemur said. It held out the robe. "Here, sister, try this."
"Why do you call me your female sibling?" Natraya asked, taking the robe and putting it on. The sleeves were too long and the lemur came back with one of the bladearms of a servitor and sawed off the excess.
"We're in this together, sister," the lemur said. "I don't know your name."
"Natraya," she said. "Lady in waiting to Lady Most High A'ama'arya."
"Huh. Weird name. Your lady's name sounds like a Tee-bug's name," the lemur said. "Are we doing name and titles?"
Natraya nodded. "Please. It will help me understand you."
The lemur laughed. "All right, sister, I'm Staff Sergeant Eric Carter, Earth Defense Force, Third Republic Combined Military Forces Army, eleven bravo, 19th Infantry Battalion, 8th Infantry Division, part of the orbital insertion forces from the Defiance of Sol."
"I have heard of 8th Infantry Division during

Some background first. I worked for a precast concrete company as a job in between high-school and college. The job sucked but it paid well. We made a lot of the massive storm culverts and tunnel pieces that are dropped in place during construction instead of being made where they are. To put this in perspective our largest casting form could handle pieces 40'x30'. Absolutely massive pieces.
After a few weeks of working for this company I was trained to run the industrial concrete mixer and did this every day. This mixer was 3 stories tall, mixed up to 4.5 cubic yards of concrete at a time, and was the most beat up machine in the entire plant, which was saying something. It ran 6 days a week, two shifts a day, and was never maintained because the company couldn't get techs to come out on Sunday, it's only day not running, and didn't want to lose a work shift to get it maintained. The only good thing about it was that all the materials were weighed and fed in automatically. All it took was a button to start the process.
The most common problem was the bottom release door not sealing correctly. It would be just barely cracked, allowing all the water to run out of it resulting in an unusable chunky mess that would need to be dumped in a scrap hole instead of being used. If this happened the mess needed to be dumped out of the mixer quickly before it could partially harden inside the mixer. This only happened once that I was there and it took an entire shift to chisel the stuff out. We put a mark into the sliding door to show where it should be vs where it would be when it didn't seal.
The process worked like this. A cage of rebar and anchor points was constructed on a base, around a core, and a form bolted around it. The QA guy signed off and the form was then filled with concrete and left to cure. The curing time largely depends on the ambient temperature, the hotter it is the faster it cures and vice versa. Once the peice has cured enough to be lifted the form is stripped and the piece lifted by crane off the core. Repeat until you have as many pieces ordered.
Another thing to note is hard hat colors. They were color coded according to your role. Blue are plant supervisors, green QA, red the foreman, etc. For the 'normal' workers there was a choice of two colors. Yellow for people who don't know what they are doing (typically new or dumb people) and grey for those that do. This was about 5 months into my

There are already lot of theories about this recently. This one is presenting the story of Genshin by decomposing it into 4 main eras.

What weβre talking about today is why Jeremy, and by extension Jinger, suck, because John MacArthur/Master's Seminary/Grace Community Church MAJORLY suck.
What are those three things you just mentioned?
John MacArthur - Theologian, pastor, βone of the most influential preachers of his time.β He was enrolled at Bob Jones College (a fundie favorite. Known famously in my interracial household as the college that banned interracial dating until the IRS told them theyβd lose their tax-exempt status if they didnβt remove the ban. They then removed the ban) for a few years before transferring.
The Masterβs University - Private, Christian university in Los Angeles, where John MacArthur served as president for multiple decades and is now the senior vice president of. The Masterβs Seminary(TMS) is the graduate-level seminary of Masterβs, which John MacArthur is the chancellor of. This is the seminary that Jeremy attends.
Grace Community Church (GCC) - Non-denominational megachurch in Los Angeles whose campus apparently is used for TMS. Wikipedia says in 2008 average attendance was 8,258. This is the church that JinJer have attended for as long as theyβve been in LA.
Just for clarity, I am going to be conflating these three entities a lot. Itβs clear to me that John MacArthur holds power in GCC and TMS, and still plays a substantial role in the undergrad institution. Some of these βbeliefsβ may be explicitly listed by one entity and not another, but Iβd urge you to recognize that GCC and TMU have chosen to formally affiliate with each other institutionally, and continue to MacArthur to lead them. As youβll see, MacArthur is not the guy to sugar coat things, so if the institutions were doing something he didnβt approve of, Iβm sure weβd hear about it. Likewise, if the institutions didnβt think MacArthurβs offensive and inflammatory language were improper or reflected poorly on the institution, thatβs on them to call him out and not tacitly endorse him through their silence.
Okβ¦but what does this have to do with Jeremy?
I just want to emphasize the significance of Jeremy choosing to come to TMS. This isnβt like just going to the community college down the roa

First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
The Deserters, Vul'to thought, were becoming rather proficient at abandoning homes.
Not that all of those homes were equally cherished. Leaving behind the remnants of his ravaged pre-Cataclysm village was one of Vul'to's most painful experiences from eight years ago. Many Elves on that day had regressed into sobbing messes at the sight of their homes reduced to a scattered mess of broken buildings and broken bodies. Leaving behind the newly built Village they'd formed afterwards had opened old wounds, but not fully, as The Village was tied to a mere eight years of nostalgia β as opposed to decades or centuries. Leaving behind Esternard City was a simple matter of expedience; they'd resided within its walls for a scant few weeks, and it was a Human city, besides. It was annoying to search for a new home so quickly, but little worse than that. Leaving behind Broadwater City was...well, suffice to say that few were sad to turn their backs on a Blight-infested hellhole.
As he and a procession of Deserters walked down the city streets, Vul'to sent one last parting glance at the Elven Enclosure, the latest in their long line of failed homes β although calling it thus was granting it far more credit than it deserved. The term 'Elven Enclosure' was a total farce of a name given to obscure the fact that the Fiends had all but imprisoned the Deserters. Instead of an actual building, they'd been confined to the very same teleportation area they'd arrived in. It was dark, empty, uncomfortable, cramped, and as luck would have it, was to be their new home for the foreseeable future.
Thankfully, Elder Alessia, Goroth, and Diplomacy worked fast. They quickly soothed the initial hostilities between Elf, Fiend, and Human, opening a dialogue before their respective sides could come to blows. What could have very easily degenerated into a bloodbath became a straightforward round of blissfully mundane negotiations β with the occasional vomiting whenever someone stared at Rob for too long. All things considered, the proceedings went more smoothly than Vul'to expected, and meeting the next sunrise with his head still attached to his shoulders was a victory in and of itself.
Afterwards, the Fiends had apparently found themselves at a loss for how to proceed. The Deserters were technically invaders, and Vul'to wouldn't have been surprised if they were executed on that basis alone. According to Faelynn, that's likely what would have transpired in the times predating the Catacly

This documentary was released back in 2014 and updated in 2015. A lot of the details which sounded crazy at the time of release are now being confirmed years later by people like Luis Elizondo, Ross Coulthart and Garry Nolan.
This is the update released in 2015, it's the only versions you really need to watch:
https://youtu.be/gXsWehcg1KI
https://youtu.be/tOMujMC-k8o
Here's the summary where I point out some very significant details provided back in 2014/2015:
The military witness is suffering from injuries consistent with getting too close to a UFO. He has Multiple Sclerosis and is either confined to a wheelchair or uses two crutches. (Recent mention of pseudo multiple sclerosis effects: https://www.vice.com/en/article/n7nzkq/stanford-professor-garry-nolan-analyzing-anomalous-materials-from-ufo-crashes).
The UFO effort is a US-led NATO operation, the witness is one of eleven volunteers selected from UK Special Forces at that time.
The military witness describes ETs as looking like "a devil" - The Varginha witnesses also used that description for the red-eyed, horned creatures they encountered.
ETs could rip people apart.
ET craft contained human body parts and also animal parts. https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOB/comments/qf9ugg/luis_elizondo_quote_about_humans_not_being_top_of/
Most of the soldier's team have suffered skin cancers and tumors from radiation exposure; some have died from their injuries. https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOB/comments/qqkbso/new_information_about_radiation_exposure_and_time/.
The military has advanced warning of UFOs - Very significant information, only recently released by Lue Elizondo and Ross Coulthart. The military witness was not privy to how the UFOs were being predicted but we now know the incoming craft give off a specific electromagnetic frequency.
UFO missions occur roughly 4 times in a 6 month period, at least in the UK.
This particular ET race is not friendly.
Military witness speculates that the ETs have been here since before humanity.
Playthrough Goals
As the game enters the 60s proper - the Silicon Years - Guangdong will both reinvent itself in the image of its Chief Executive, and seek to make itself the crown jewel of the Co-Prosperity Sphere. The goal is simple: Guangdong will catch up to, if not overtake, the Empire of Manchuria in economic terms.
We have packed in a ton (at least but not limited to five) of mechanics to simulate both the unique struggles of Guangdong's national identity and underworld struggles, as well as its role as the electronics hub of the wider Co-Prosperity Sphere with reference to the tools available through Toolbox Theory. It's going to be overwhelming for a first-time player; and that's why we want to take you through the first two years, to introduce you to what makes Guangdong tick.
Gameplay Walkthrough
Hello, my name is OPAsian, co-team lead of Guangdong and the main coder of our civilization on the Pearl River. I will take you through the trials and tribulations Suzuki Teiichi will face in his first year as Chief Executive.
If you need more context on the gameplay aspect, I highly recommend you check out the first two leaks for Guangdong, which shows Guangdongβs mechanics from a different angle.
The year is 1962, and Suzukiβs plan for a new and revitalized Guangdong, asserting itself from the Japanese administration, is set in motion. The first 3 national focuses introduce the various mechanics at play that rule Guangdong. As the first focus reaches completion, Suzuki has to manage the unruly forces of Guangdong, that both lurk in her underworld and nation.

Also, probably profane. Probably full of generalizations.
What the everloving fuck is wrong with America? Like seriously, being a woman is already hard, has been hard and will continue to be hard. So why the duck does this dumb ass country and half of its stupid brain dead citizens hate a different half so much? Like what the fuck? How do you think you got here morherfucker? Your mother and a whole host of women making this shit work day in and day out. Men think theyβre the movers and shakers of the world. But, I got your number, asshole, youβre not. You stand on our backs, taking credit for our work and then have the fucking balls to say were bitches when we call you on your shit. You got here because of a uterus. This country has been held together for the beginning by itβs women. Not itβs men. No, you all will tear this shit apart as soon as we pick up because itβs the wrong fucking color.
And now, now, you ignorant pieces of crap want to jeopardize the futures of all women not white and wealthy because βabortion is murder.β You know whatβs murder? Fucking murder. I listened to a story on NPR yesterday morning about a mother who could only identify her son by a crack tooth after he had died in solitary confinement. He had died and then decomposed so much before he was checked on that his mother could only identify him by his TOOTH. Thatβs murder. Not abortion. Nobodyβs slaughtering full term babies as they descend the birth canal. Theyβre not bashing new babies into trees. No, itβs a medical procedure done like any other in a safe, sterile environment with a trained doctor to eliminate a bunch of cells that would eventually grown to a baby. A man can do fuck all whenever (if heβs white) but a woman (even a white one) canβt make a profound decision about her life because you believe some cherry picked text out of a non-historical account of a religion? Fuck you.
And while Iβm touching race here. Women of color, you all are strong in ways I cannot comprehend. I donβt know how you do it, but ladies, you are amazing and beautiful and this world, this country, needs more of your light. My sentiment in no way changes anything, but I figure if we all start recognizing and acknowledging our own power and strength, maybe we can straighten this thing out.
Oh and you stupid religious-history rewriting idiots, America was NOT FOUNDED
... keep reading on reddit β‘So there's a lot of possibilities of what can happen but I think there are some pretty good physical things we can extrapolate.
The girls already have a cabin, but if they become two bands fighting each other obviously they're not all in there.
My theory is that the area has a decades-old mine, which explains why it's so abandoned, why there's no mention of fish, etc.
While the area has a 'untouched nature' vibe all around it in theory there should be fish unless it's a dead lake. Dead lakes are actually pretty common near mines because minerals and run offs (especially if the mine processes anything on site) absolutely destroys local ecosystems, especially fish. Also there's been multiple incidents of prop planes supposedly exploding due purely to a pocket of methane hitting them in large enough quantities. That said the plane is old enough it's more shocking if it didn't explode.
They also conveniently can turn local water sources different colors, especially if any water is routed near or through mines for utility! Another thing that changes colors too are logging sites, but given Lotties visions a mine seems about right.
There's another double-edged sword with mines, they often disrupt massive pockets of methane the more you dig. Methane has all sorts of whacky effects on local wild life, including death. That's what the whole Canary in a coal mine thing is.
Which leads us to talk about the bird noises as the victim in the pilot is being chased. This sounds like a human making bird calls of some kind. Misty clearly has an obsession with birds and cages and confinement, but thus far as a child we haven't really seen where that starts, just a general willingness to do cruel things. I'm wondering if she captured and trained birds in order to navigate a mine the girls are going to find.
Here's the thing with a mine though, if there is a mine, even an abandoned one, that means there is a road or path to get there, even if abandoned into disrepair.
The significance of this would be huge, it would mean that there would have to be some kind of blood feud going down that no one wants to 'risk' just following a road out, or worse one side is 'blocking' the passage out of a cruel need to hunt the other side.
My main theory is this, they will be forced to eat a member of the group soon, but the two sides will fight about it. There will be the 'mine' (or lumber mill) group that b
