A list of puns related to "Claw hammer"
Hey yβall! Been diving into claw hammer banjo recently and was curious if anybody had an good resources they could point me to?
Greetings,
I am new to the craft and have next to no tools or budget, so I am looking to make or modify what I can. I have some claw hammers laying around and I want to try to turn one into a drift. My plan is to straighten the claws and forge weld them to a few inches of high carbon stock using the "cleft" method. I could then shape and harden the stock to be the "punch" end and it would already have a handle hole and striking face on the other end. Am I missing an obvious pitfall? Would the claws be strong enough on their own that I wouldn't need the weld?
Edit: spelling
Iβve just been playing with a plain nickel fingerpick worn backwards like a long, metal fingernail.
I saw recently that you can buy special picks for clawhammer, but online most just look like a brass fingerpick that they turn backwards and sell for more money.
So, are there actually advantages to using a clawhammer pick? Or are my plain old cheap Dunlops good enough?
Looking for several specific weapon options that my DW Veterans can be equiped with, but which don't come on their sprews.
How are ya everyone. I'm a long time Irish tenor banjo player based in Ireland (saying this in case delivery may be an issue) and I'd love to try a bit of claw-hammer on an open back 5 string. I borrowed some friends' open back banjos and I fell in love with the tone of them.
I''m just having no luck with what I'm seeing online and the second hand market is pretty much non existent here in Ireland. If anyone knows of anything good in the 600-1500 dollar range I would greatly appreciate it.
Both their respective challenge packs were originally added in H1, but in H2, none of the H1 challenge packs were initially brought over. All legacy H1 challenge packs, including the Plumber's Apprentice and Master Sniper Challenge packs, were later added to H2 in monthly roadmaps as "new" free live content.
In H3, all H1 AND H2 challenge packs were completely removed from the game (for some reason) and most of the unlocks were added to escalation completion challenges. The Claw Hammer and Jaeger 7 Covert, however, were never added to those challenges and have to be brought back next week as part of "new" free live content. Again.
What do you guys think of this? I think it's pretty sad that challenge packs were removed and no new ones will be made. These two items shouldn't have even been removed in the first place!
Did they really just mess up an opportunity to create more unique unlocks? I know people donβt have them because they didnβt do carryovers like most of the rest, but they couldβve made them available in some other way and used these challenges for different and unique unlocks. I wonβt botch about it too much cause the rest of the content is absolutely fantastic, especially the Berlin Rave suit. I bought the shirt from the IOI store, so Iβll wear the shirt whenever I play hitman from now on.
So I bought a Vaughan framing hammer & a cat's paw (Not Vaughan), but both of them are quite blunt. Shouldn't a framing hammer's claws be sharp, so I can pick up material with it?
Similarly, shouldn't a cat's paw be sharp so that it can easily dig into the timber - making minimal mess of the material?
If the answer is yes, how should I go about sharpening these claws?
Thanks in advance.
