A list of puns related to "Chinese Travel Document"
Hi, Delta Airline pilot here, this is an important message for those who are using advance parole.
Recently, we had a serious issue with a DACA recipient where immigration delayed them from boarding a connection flight. I was the pilot for the connection flight to the final destination. The issue, which will remain confidential, caused the entire flight to be delayed by 15-minutes. This resulted in Delta Airlines having to re-route the entire flight on a different flight path to manage air-traffic in the skies and arrival into the terminating destination.
For those on DACA and flying with Advance Parole, these are specific rules just for you. Those with unrestricted travel, you can ignore this.
DACA recipients who board flights that are connecting, please keep in mind, it's IMPORTANT you board your connection flight. Remaining in a country you do not have approved travel to will cause a problem! You will be flagged by immigration for being in a country you're not approved to be in. Additionally, airlines, normally, do not wait for passengers. Airlines receive a list of passengers on board the departing flights, if you're not on board the flight, our database will be updated. If DHS contact the airline for information from this database, our airline companies will provide them the database information.
In this case, immigration and flight / airport operations were able to contact Delta company, Delta Company contacted ATC, and ATC alerted the pilots to hold the plane at the gate.
If customs/immigration delayed this DACA recipient, indefinitely, the flight would have departed. The individual would be in violation of their travel for remaining in a country they're not authorized to travel to.
My advice to those traveling with advance parole: take direct flights. I'm not sure how the immigration procedure works, but I've seen passengers with advance parole board connection flights in the past without issues. Again, I don't know the protocols.
Direct travels are easier and your risk of messing up is far less. If you're connecting flight, do not leave the airport grounds! I'm not sure what this passenger did to cause immigration to flag them. But whatever they did, caused the airline to be delayed 10-15m.
If anyone's wondering, did we arrive on-time to the next destination?

So pretty much, I want to say:
I was issued a JW-202 on my first passport, and then got my passport renewed and was issued my visa on my new passport number. So, the passport numbers on the two documents are different, but are both me and come from my passports.
I know this is crazy specific, and am just in desperate need of some help from anyone. Thank you so much.
Hi all. I will soon travel to China with my wife and 2 year old daughter to visit the grandparents and such. Reside in US. My daughter was born about 2 months before my wife got her green card. Me, US citizen. When we tried to get a visa for my daughter, the Chinese consulate refused and said we needed to apply in person for a "travel document" (looks like a passport). I assume because she was born before the green card. No problems getting it. Consulate definitely saw her US passport.
I'm still struggling a little to understand the whole situation. Now that we have both the "travel document" and US passport, ***can anyone share insight on which item to present and when, while we pass through Chinese and US immigration? ***
Thanks much and greatly appreciated! If there are any questions I can answer about getting the "travel document", feel free to ask.
Hi All,
My friend and I will be visiting Mexico City this month, and I have been doing research around what travel documents are needed. From what I've gathered there are 2 documents that need to be filled out 1) Multiple Immigration Form (FMM) and 2) Mexico Tourist Card. No covid test needed upon arrival - as of yet. Is this information correct? Also Ive read that you can fill the FMM form out online and print it out prior to your trip and just turn it in but you have to pay for it? Some sources say the cost of the form is already included in flight so we shouldn't pay for it ahead of time. Any advice on how to move forward with this would be appreciated!
***Also I am an avid souvenir shopper lol. It's one of my favorite things about traveling to different countries. What are some interesting or must-have souvenirs from CDMX from ya'lls experience(s)?***
Exactly at the same time, the new Yuan Gold is going to be released. And Basel 3 in January...
Any opinion about what are they going to sign??
"Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping are expected to approve a crucial political document during the Russian leaderβs visit to Beijing in February 2022, President of the Chinese side of the China-Russia Friendship Committee for Peace and Development, Vice Chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Director of the Hong Kong and Macau Affairs Office Xia Baolong said at the 13th plenary session of the bilateral committee on Tuesday. "In February of next year, as we know, Russian President Vladimir Putin will pay a visit to China and will participate in the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympics. Thus, President Putin will become the first leader of a major global power to visit China since the outbreak of the pandemic. The heads of our states will conduct their first face-to-face meeting in two years during which a detailed exchange of opinions will be held and an important political document will be approved," he said. The 24th Winter Olympic Games will be held in Beijing from February 4 to 20, 2022, and the Paralympic Games will run from March 4 to 13".

Hello Reddit, I would like to ask you guys' timelines for requesting a travel document and getting it or not. I'm trying to plan a trip for June of this year(2022) and I am unsure if my document could get here on time. I know there is an option to request an expedite process but I don't think I have a valid reason more than I just want to travel. Thanks for your help
Basically title, there's this TikTok account that's just a dude who explores different islands and environments, and he visits this uber small island. While he's there, one of the kids actually recognized him and couldn't believe that he came to such a small area. They were all excited and taking pictures with him and stuff.
