A list of puns related to "Checker shadow illusion"
Twilight Shadows - Grand Open Gameplay (Android/IOS) - YouTube
So I just find out this video on youtube and was surprised, how can they copy 100% gameplay core, the background, and anythings, they only change the unit images, look like Ilusion connect leak their game source somewhere?
Howdy everyone,
So, I have, for reasons that are exceedingly difficult to explain and an inability to rectify in any way, a wizard who desperately wants/needs to acquire infinite arcane power, and has low INT, and knows he's low INT. However, he has no option for reincarnation, clone shenanigans, or other non-deific interference. Once he's dead, he is terminated.
The wizard was previously a front line fighter with fighter-like stats, and the build is the classic muscle wizard build where you only focus on party buff, various transmutation spells and good equipment. It's getting a little tricky as the campaign is entering the mid 10's levels, and he finds himself needing at bare minimum, some variety of repeatable, non-summon-creature related ability (the last one's a little meta; the party already has many minions and it's hitting table-too-busy-dm-loading levels)
I came across Resilient Illusions: You are able to conjure illusions so lifelike that they defy disbelief. Anytime a creature tries to disbelieve one of your illusion effects, make a caster level check. Treat the illusionβs save DC as its normal DC or the result of the caster level check, whichever is higher. You must be at least an 8th-level wizard to select this discovery.
This sets illusion DC's to your normal DC (very, very low, -8 vs the average wizard of that level) to caster check (a neutrally good roll that doesn't care how good you are at magic).
Shadow (Whatever spell) is usually reserved for those wizards with high dc's/int due to having to double dip their save DC's, one to save vs the weaking of the spell, and another for the spell itself. Fail either and the spell sucketh (citation needed). Resilient Illusion seems like a way to jam in a scaling roll to shadow magic for when the wizard is not on the front lines fighting.
Setting the mwizard build aside, what are people's thoughts on the interraction of Shadow Evocation/Enchantment/Whatever and save DC's, this worth it? The character has Evocation and Necromancy as banned schools.
The Clemency of Shadows relic ring is supposed to only trigger when an ally is knocked unconscious but it also triggers when an ally goes invisible for some reason, possibly a bug.
So if you use Nenio's ability to turn herself invisible, it will summon a Giant Spider for 3 rounds. Neat.
Now if one of the party members toggle the Trickery Domain ability "Master's Illusion", it will summon one Giant Spider per ally within 30 feet for 3 rounds. Neat.
Now if you do that in turn based mode, these spiders will also gain Invisibility and also summon one Giant spider ally for 3 rounds. And them too.
It sounds like a good idea, but it's not. Soon you'll have hundreds and thousands of spiders and the computer will have troubles handling it. Try it once, maybe, just to see how it goes, but be gentle with your computer and make a hard save before that stunt.
As a GM I canβt resist, I need a NPC with their own Deck of Illusions to scream at the party, βItβs time to duel!β

Pretty much title. I'm guessing the game is considering it "conjuration" for the sake of the banned schools, but... that seems to negate the whole point of the spell in the first place? Plus, it's definitely an Illusion spell.
Unless there's something I'm missing?
I am quite new to pathfinder. I am looking to roleplay a shadow/illusion sorcerer or maybe melee caster. I saw the shadow shaman and I wanted to know everyone"s opinion on the best class to go illusion/shadow! Thanks in advance.
I was watching a friend play Skywrath and noted that the shadow patterns of his illusions did not match the actual hero.
I had a play in demo mode and the patterns of illusion vs real skywrath are almost always different. It isn't always easy to see but it could help to work out who is who.
BUG?

I don't know why the extract refers to her as Guuji Yae. I am assuming this needs to be updated to Miko Yae, but I will type what I see. For some reason I cannot copy and paste the texts.
Ayaka: "I have always greatly enjoyed working with Guuji Yae. Organizing festival affairs generally takes alot of effort and doesn't generate much income, but Guuiji Yae's events always come of as elegant and profitable"
Yoimiya: "Ayaka once asked during a ritual at the shrine if I could prepare some fireworks for the lady Guujis leisure. I thought to myself, "isn't the lady Guuji supposed to sit in the shrine throughout the ritual?". So I watched her during the whole time wondering how she would like to release the fireworks. I waited and waited and then Ayaka came over at length to tell me that Lady Guuji was most pleased. I mean what? She'd already released the fireworks? Was the person sitting on the shrine not her, then?
Sayu: "She is always patting me on the head... I've never bitten her, though, or even said anything, because I am frightened of how she'd react if I stood up to her. But what am I going to do? Because if she keeps on patting my head I am going to be stuck at this height forever!"
Sayu also has a story related to Yae. Extract from story 4: "Thus whenever there is a festival, Sayu will be invited by various parties to perform her mysterious ninjistu. If it's Yoimiya who is searching for her, Sayu can still find ways to hide. But if the person in question is lady Guuji, resistance is futile for Sayu. Clone Techniques do nothing to fool the lady Guuji's sharp eyes, and aura concealment doesn't help Sayu at all from escaping from the Lady Guujis grasp. Running for the hills is even less reasonable, and might even risk angering the lady Guuji... Fortunately there are very few circumstances which require the Lady Guuji to make a personal appearance.
Important Observations: Yoimiya and Sayu hint at at Yae being able to make some form of shadow clone or illusion. In Yoimiya is confused at how Yae appears to be in two places at once. In Sayu' stories it is clear Yae has a clear understanding of Sayu's ninjistu techinques which suggests she is also adept at creating illusions of some form. Considering she is a fox/kitsune
