When Henry is on his death he’s he tells Francis about killing his older brother in a tennis game because he wanted to be king. In S4 Henry and Charles are playing tennis and they are rivals and Henry (the younger brother) hurts Charles with a tennis ball and wants to become king. Was this a reference to the game between Henry and Francis?
Maybe I'm just weird, but I don't care about individual racism. Some grandpa called the cashier a racial slur because he forgot the extra cheese? Big deal, so what? Systemic racism we could have a conversation about, but people care more about Karens having outbursts than they do Blacks being relegated to neighborhoods with asbestos housing due to Jim Crow-era redlining.

This is a post of a selection of Dante’s “Inferno,” translated by Reverend Henry Francis Cary, circa the early 1800s. 1844, the year of Dickens’ classic novella, sadly marks the passing of this wonderful translator. I daresay Charles Dickens wrote this story of “Staves” in memory of the great English popularizer of poetry.
Of course, a silly thing set me on this project: Ebenezer Scrooge is a “sharp” and “pointy” name.
I’ll try to get it rolling here.

How?? Especially after he technically committed treason by marrying Henry's sister, a royal princess, without his consent.
What do you think he'd have thought of the drama of King Henry as it happened in real time?
Just finishing up a rewatch and im one episode short of finishing up the 6th season.
Its not that Matthew and Mary were the end all be all romance but I dont see any appeal to Mary’s storylines from Season 4 forward.
I simply dont care about Mary’s Romances
