A list of puns related to "Charles Edison"
This is an automatic summary, original reduced by 82%.
> In short, Darwin's tortoise is supposed to have become Harriet, a giant tortoise that lived at the Australia Zoo in Queensland until her death in 2006.
> On its website, the Australia Zoo still claims "Harriet was collected from the Galapagos Islands in 1835 by Sir Charles Darwin when she was just the size of a dinner plate." This, as Chambers clearly demonstrated in his book and in a follow-up feature in New Scientist, is simply wishful thinking.
> Over the course of the preceding year, McCarthy had been busy preparing a list of reptiles and amphibians collected by Darwin during the course of the Beagle voyage.
> Down in the basement of the museum in the now-famous Zoology Dry Storeroom No. 1, McCarthy was going through some unlabeled specimens when he came across a small tortoise with its plastron loosely wired to its carapace.
> Nuchal plate none, feet bad. Based on a recent publication of the growth rate of young tortoises in captivity, a 7-inch carapace suggests that Darwin's tortoise would have been just over three years old at the time of death.
> Chambers came across an interesting letter from Darwin to Albert Günther in 1874 in which Darwin had the "Vague remembrance that specimens were given to the Military Institution in Whitehall." They wouldn't have been thrown out, surely? Chambers also mentioned "An ex-curator" at Down House, who had heard that Beagle tortoises had been given to the Bishop of Llandaff.

Who Is J. Cole?
While this could have been a bio, I think a sum of all of his works applies more in this scenario. From the gate, The Warm-Up proved Cole was here to stay, or he SHOULD be.. From his personal rendition of “Dead Presidents”, “Til Infinity”, and “Royal Flush” its obvious to see he had the skills to be a complete rapper. This was in an era where flips and freestyles were important because you could put your lyricism over a beat people had already come to know and love, and in a lot of ways, it was a true test of abilities. Then with songs like “Losing Your Balance '' Cole shows its not just witty flips or plays on what's already done. He talks about various people he has seen in his life and how one way or another, due to being too concerned with others opinions, an idea of being real to the neighborhood that birthed you, or flat out losing yourself in a relationship, Cole doesn't miss a step.
Friday Night Lights would be the next release from him, and in my opinion it is one of the greatest mixtapes ever released. It was filled with a lot of songs that didn't make his debut album Sideline Story, but from start to finish it feels like a beast all its own. Records like “Enchanted”, “Too Deep for the Intro”, and “See World” solidified whatever space Cole wanted. Some of these themes and discussions haven't been had since the era of the 2pacs and Scarfaces, so this was a very welcomed mixtape from the Fayetteville native. Add to the fact it was released on a free mixtape basis, this was an i

Included last words because I find them interesting, but keep in mind that last words, especially those before the modern era, are famously bullshit, so take most of this with a lot of salt.

With everything that has been accomplished by Rocket Companies since going public, I just have one question for all investors: How is Rocket Companies trading below IPO? After going public, Rocket Companies has only continued to grow, reinvest in their businesses, and reimagine how to simplify complex transactions.
The Basics:
· Rocket Companies IPO happened on August 6th, 2020 at $18/share.
· Rocket Companies has been in business since 1985.
· Rocket Companies has 24,000 team members across the United States. Its flagship company, Rocket Mortgage, has been named to Fortune magazine’s list of “100 Best Companies to Work For” for 17 consecutive years.
· Rocket Mortgage ranked highest in the country for customer satisfaction for primary mortgage origination by J.D. Power for the past 11 consecutive years, 2010 – 2020, and also ranked highest in the country for customer satisfaction among all mortgage servicers the past eight straight years, 2014 – 2021.
· Rocket Companies, Rocket Mortgage's parent company, ranked #5 on Fortune's list of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" in 2021 and has placed in the top third of the list for 18 consecutive years.
· Rocket Companies includes but is not limited to the following: Rocket Mortgage, Rocket Homes, Rocket Loans, Rocket Auto, Rock Central, Rocket Innovation Studio, Amrock, Core Digital Media, Rock Connections, Lendesk, and Edison Financial.
· Rocket Companies has a client retention north of 90% (highest in the industry and only matched by subscription services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix).
· Rocket Companies is based on 20 philosophies that they call ISMs. These are the core principles that drive all their decision-making and unite them around a culture of excellence.

Figured since the year is almost over, it would be a good time to revisit some of what RKT has done over the past year+ since going public. Not in any particular order:
Reserved/spent over $4 billion returning cash to investors and to acquire:
Initial phase in fixing the share structure (wouldn't be surprised if this was an annual thing going forward + hopefully more):
Started multiple business & Launched partnerships in an attempt to increase recurring revenue:
Random:
Most of the above items happened in 2021, and have pretty drastically changed the future outlook IMO. it does seem like most of the negatives given by analysts & investors are being addressed at some capacity & It will be interesting to see if these items have a material effect on future financials and what else is in store for 2022. Hope you've all had a good 2021 & happy early new years!
This is my list of the Strongest Foundation Personnel. I am only including personnel on the personnel list.

Now the list!
Since the dislike button was recently removed from YouTube, I tried checking the likes and dislikes for each of the ERBs as well as the ratio relative to their views. Luckily, I could get this information on an account that still had it before it became unavailable, and the account coincidentally lost it the day after I checked. I am ordering it from the most popular to least popular videos.
The only flaws for this would be that the views had to be rounded up to the nearest 100,000 views, and the likes/dislikes came directly from how they appeared on the video, and they did not round up or show it to the closest hundreds if they were above 10k.
And on one more note, 4 videos already have over a million likes, so I would not be able to see them past the nearest 100,000 likes. As a result, the range of this has to be calculated assuming it's between either 1 million and the 100,000 shown or a few thousands below the next highest 100,000.

... keep reading on reddit ➡I don't want to step on anybody's toes here, but the amount of non-dad jokes here in this subreddit really annoys me. First of all, dad jokes CAN be NSFW, it clearly says so in the sub rules. Secondly, it doesn't automatically make it a dad joke if it's from a conversation between you and your child. Most importantly, the jokes that your CHILDREN tell YOU are not dad jokes. The point of a dad joke is that it's so cheesy only a dad who's trying to be funny would make such a joke. That's it. They are stupid plays on words, lame puns and so on. There has to be a clever pun or wordplay for it to be considered a dad joke.
Again, to all the fellow dads, I apologise if I'm sounding too harsh. But I just needed to get it off my chest.
My opinion obviously, don't get fired up over nothing.

This is a piggy back to a post I saw earlier today about which bands do people think are one hit wonders, but actually have a bunch of killer tunes.
Just a heads up, I'm a big fan of geezer music but The Bee Gee's are pretty much only known because of disco, but their talent sprawls way further than that.
(All links go to Spotify)
Their first album,
Has some amazing experimental psychedelic songs.
Favs:
One of my favorite albums of all time. Very orchestral with touches or folk and psychedelic.
Favs:
Also while we are on the topic of Bands that are known for a specific style of music, The Beach Boys has some real special albums besides the Surfer Rock or Pet Sounds style songs.
Favs:
The Beach Boys - Surfs Up (1971)
This is quite a depressing album but beautiful.
Favs:
Don't Go Near The Water (so beautiful and haunting)
Long Promised Road
Yes. All 84 of them. I have the privilege of listening to music at work, so I have been listening to the ERB playlist on Spotify on repeat for the last two months.
I have ranked them 1-84. The ranks were based on 3 criteria: Lyrics, Music, and Matchup. That third one is basically whether I thought it was a good/creative matchup or not. Please understand that this list is solely my opinion and that it was extremely hard to rank these as I love almost every Epic Rap Battle, so just because one is lower in rank does not mean I thought it was a bad battle by any means. Would love to hear y'all's thoughts in the comments!
