Kassie has done her best to nurse Teddy. Our boy dog. Last night, luckily for all parties involved it was his tail. That sucking sound you hear: is the cat sucking the dog tail. Saddest part? The cat’s mother was watching.

Is my cat blind? She walks around very cautiously all the time and seems to have zero depth perception/can't see. Runs into stuff all the time and relies on sound & her whiskers to find/track things. During the day her pupils look normal, at night they look like this & abnormaly glossy/reflective.

My town spays & neuters all cats so they can roam free with tourists during the day and return home at night. This local boy was asleep on the bench when I went by
Moo & Noodles. Noodles is my gfs cat and was starting to look a bit lonely, she saw Moo on FB and he was recently rescued and needed a home. The pair are best friends now and keep us up all night playing.
HELP! I adopted this cat 7 months ago, she meows throughout the night/day and it’s progressively gotten worse. Help! Found Kitten alone. It has been meowing the past few days. I saw an older cat around but not sure if its the mother. How to know if its abandoned. Will kittens meowing multiple nights even when it has a mother? Why is it not with other kittens?
I been hearing a kitten outside my home the past few nights meowing over and over. Today I tried to check on it, but couldn't get near it, so I left food out for it. Later, I found it in a tree, meowing over and over. I tried to climb the tree and give it more food, with hopes it'd jump into my box of treats, but it jumped out of the tree and ran back to its earlier hiding place. I left it for a hour came back and saw and older cat nearby. So I assumed it might be its mother. But another hour later I hear it meowing over and over again.
Is it abandoned? It doesn't seem to be with a litter. It seems to be alone. It sounds like its calling for help or for its mother. But its old enough to climb a tree, is he weaned and just missing mommy? I'm guessing it might be 6-8 weeks. Should I just leave it free to the wild or bring it into my comfortable prison?
Y’all inspired my wife to make this cat blanket for her mother for Christmas. I think it came out great. She glad it’s done and has called this a “never again” project because of how tangly the yarn got.

My roommate has a cat who keeps me up all night, one week out of every month.
My roommate (22m) has a cat that isn’t fixed, and one week of every month she “moans” constantly. I’m unsure the technical term for what she does but that’s basically the best way to describe it. My issue is she only does this around me, and when he’s home she is typically silent. Until night time where she comes to my room, and moans constantly for hours straight. She will sit on my bed and just moan away. I have to repeatedly get up and psychically move her out of my room. The simple solution would be to shut my door, yet I have a cat who likes to roam around at night, and I don’t want to force her to stay in my room. Both these cats hate being locked in a room at night and will claw at the carpet near the door or scratch the door until they’re let out. We had to pay a $750 fine for damages done to his carpet due to him locking the cat in the room at night in our old apartment. I don’t know how to address this situation respectfully. Tonight I’m going to sleep at my girlfriends house because I got no sleep last night and showed up to work 15 minutes late due to his cats constant moaning. I have no idea how to handle the situation because he refuses to get her fixed, because his veterinarian is ‘always booked for months’ so how do we come up with a solution that can satisfy both of us?
Note: I would never force someone to make a decision for their pet. If he doesn’t want to get her fixed that is on him. I just want to be able to sleep. In fact, as I write this she’s in my room moaning like crazy.
