Would the conversion be worth the effort, or should I just save up and buy a pre built café style bike? Would reliability be a serious issue? I would greatly appreciate anyone’s input or a review from anyone who has already attempted this.

I am considering two differents types of motorcycle for my next purchase. I need your help🙂. BMW f900r or Ducati scrambler café racer??
It Will be my second bike and I want to keep it for at least 4 or 5 years. I live in Canada so we can only drive 6 months because if the hard winter. I want it to be my everyday vehicle for the 6 months.
The BMW comes with heated grips, TFT screen, Bluetooth and tones of equipements. It is guaranteed 3 years by the manufactured.
The Ducati is very simple. It is a piece of Beauty, lighter and is guaranteed 2 years. It is discontinued on Canada so it Will be hard to find it on the future.
After a cost analysis( insurance, maintenance, gaz and bike payments), it wll cost me the same after 5 years for the two moto.
So which one do you guys think I should choose??
