World War II: The British Empire Joins the Axis and the Japanese Empire Becomes an Ally

Everything about World War 2 is the same. Except now the British and their entire Empire fights with Nazi Germany while the Japanese fight for the Allies. America still declares war on the Axis in 1941. How does this change the dynamics of WW2 and what is the eventual outcome?

Pacific War of World War II in British schools?

Is the Pacific War of World War II taught in British public schools?

And more than just a passing mention of Japanese attacks on British and U.S. territories and the atomic bomb.

For example, do British schools teach about the Japanese invasion of and war against China? The major battles of the war, the military and political strategy, the British contribution to the Manhattan Project, the fact that the U.S. needed the approval of Britain before using the Atomic bombs against Japan, the British contribution to the Allied occupation of Japan, etc;

I ask because Britain was one of the three Allied Powers of the Pacific War (the U.S. and China being the other two), and her contributions were important to the Allied victory, and the war did have a notable impact of British Commonwealth history, so it would seem odd for it not to be part of British educational curriculum.

Do you think that if the British Empire was stable by the end of the World Wars, it could have become the third superpower of the Cold War and turned imperialism (and monarchism by addition) into the third leading ideology of the war?

From what I remember, the British Empire was temporarily the third Cold War superpower, but it had already been falling off, so a few years in, it fell out of the running. I also hear that the original plan was to present imperialism as the third leading ideology, but it never worked out because it was already weak. That being said, do you think a more stable British Empire would have found the success?

Obviously, there are other things to take into account such as how Britain was naturally more leaning towards ideals apart from these, so take those into account as well.
