Yeah, sure, Self-titled has all of the radio hits, but I just don’t understand the God of Wine and Motorcycle Drive By hype either. They are just “meh” songs to me.
Meanwhile, Blue is one of the few albums I can listen to the whole way through and not get bored.
“Wounded”, “10 Days Late”, “Never Let You Go”, “Deep Inside of You”, “1000 July’s”, “Ode to Maybe”, “Red Summer Sun”, “Camouflage”, and “Darkness” are all awesome songs.
Recently, I have especially gotten into “Darkness”. Goddamn, I forgot how amazing that song is. It’s just so epic.
Honestly, “Darkness” should have been the final song on the album. It’s just a perfect final song song.

Third Eye Blind announced their "Summer Gods Tour" recently, saying they will play their debut album in its entirety for every show to celebrate its 20th birthday. Oddly, a "cover" band of ex-original members are doing the same exact thing this spring and summer. For those of you who don't know, only two of four original members are left in Third Eye Blind, the rest are replacements, plus one extra keyboardist/guitarist. Their original guitarist, responsible for the genius guitar work on their debut album and their album "Blue" was fired in 2000 for...shady reasons. His replacement guitarist left the band in 2011 for disputes over the rights to songs, and he ultimately sued the lead singer, winning $450k. The original bassist also left on uncertain terms around 2007. Oddly now, all three of them are in a band(with a random drummer) called "XEB." XEB is a play on Third Eye Blind's acronym, "3EB" or "TEB." The band has been playing the music they helped write for a couple of years now. It's almost hilarious with the current scenario they're in. Oddly enough, they actually sound better live than the actual band. So this summer if you're a fan of 3EB, you'll have two decisions:

You can see Third Eye Blind play all of self-titled, possibly hear some of their very poor newer music and hear the singer's poor attempts at being inspirational and plugging political crap. Essentially more of a cover band featuring the original lead singer and drummer

See original members of the band who put in a lot of work, and helped sell 8 million plus albums. No political plugs or cringey "inspirational" speeches. Only Third Eye Blind classics played by the guys who did the most work making them sound good.

Sorry not a new release not sure how to change the flair. This looks like the same version that is currently sold out in the 3eb store. It says 4 Left.
Anyone know how this works? Did some Amazon seller buy a bunch in advanced and then post them or these were returned/just found? I also found the SRC Blink-182 ST on vinyl on amazon a couple days ago and that has been sold out on SRC for a long time but just appeared.
