I am stuck in the battle of bunker Hill. I get to the synths but it gives me no option to save them so I am forced to kill them. It then says I need to kill the courser, who is already dead. I have no saves I can reload so do I have to abandon this playthrough. TIA.

In the mission "Battle of Bunker Hill" I would inform Desdemona, but I cannot talk with her because she simply says to me "do you want to leave Minutemen to join Railroad_" and won't let me warn her.I would do this mission with the Minutemen, or similar things, I don't want to lose the alliance with the Minutemen. What should I do_
So I'm just minding my own business trying to side with everyone for as long as possible before shit hits the fan and I go to Bunker Hill to meet the courser with the idea that I'm just gonna kill everyone I see there because I'm allied with everyone. So I go to Bunker Hill and see that the courser is dead on the floor. So I'm at a impasse. I'm trying to stay with the Institute until the quest where you have to go to Gray Garden and get the scientist out of the worker house where I will then order the Minute Men to kill the synths and scientists there on being enemies with the Institute. So my question is can anyone tell me how to continue The Battle of Bunker Hill with the courser dead?
Hoping to make a full list of all errata/user issues to produce a full PDF for others to use (with possible solutions for those errata). The last one produced by Wizards of the Coast is only for the 1st Edition.
I know that with a game as glitchy as this, you could just house rule most of these issues, but for the unimaginative/uninitiated, such a resource may still prove helpful. :)

I killed all the railroad and reached the synth but when I talk to them no option shows up and they only reply with “thanks for helping” and “we will find a safe place after you go” I want to reset them but the courser is dead what should I do?

soem dumbo said on gamefaq that you need radx and even though i ate it and got 50 radiation protection i still was getting 14 damage (and yes, i know that there is no radiation but i just gave it a try)
