A list of puns related to "Aimi MacDonald"
I donβt know guys. To me itβs just not as good as [generic classic rock band this subreddit circlejerks over] Why does no one make good music anymore? Itβs all autotuned trash. I hate rap.
Btw, I think that eminem, NF, Logic, and Tom MacDonald are all great somehow. (Thereβs absolutely no specific reason I could possibly be saying this.)
Edit 1: Holy shit you guys this post is ironic. Stop taking it seriously.
Edit 2: If one more of you STUPID MOTHERFUCKERS KEEPS COMMENTING THINKING IβM BEING SERIOUS, IβM GONNA LOSE MY SHIT. ITβA A JOKE.
It's a real missle-aimy.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I grew up with a single mother.
My father was in the picture, kind of, but for the most part it was just me and her.
She was a senior in high school when she had me, and she worked three jobs to support us- we would wake up around 4:30 AM and go to her first job, where she printed newspapers. In the afternoons, she would paint the railings on the balconies of local dorms on our town's college campus. And at night, she worked the overnight shift at McDonald's- the only job she never took me to.
She went back to school when I started kindergarten, on a full-ride scholarship that required her to maintain a 3.7 GPA, and somehow she did. For YEARS she balanced all three jobs, her GPA, and raised me- and she ended up graduating on time, at the top of her class.
After she graduated she got a job that paid really well, but during those years we were broke. I was always aware of our situation and saw how hard she was working and it never bothered me, but point being, there was a period of a little over 3 weeks where every single night for dinner we had Kraft mac & cheese because that's all we could afford. One box, every night, for 22 days.
It's been years since then and I am fully grown and moved out.
Today she called me, and as soon as I answered I could hear her tears. She told me her "daily task" for the day was to clean out her pantry, so she took everything out to deep clean the shelves and realized her groceries, overflowed her counter tops. She said she had groceries covering every square inch of counter space and she had to start putting them on the floor, and that's where she collapsed into a pile of tears because she was so overwhelmingly grateful.
She asked me if I remembered the mac & cheese. I told her of course, and we talked about how it's still our go-to comfort food and we reminisced some more about our good ol' days before hanging up.
And right when we hung up I burst into tears because I am just so proud of her.
She poured every inch of herself into raising me and giving me the best life she could- and here she is, years later, still reaping the rewards and I am still in awe of her humbleness and gratefulness over the small things and I just have to get this off my chest because I always knew I lucked out in the mom department- she is, and always has been, Superwoman to me.
But it's moments like this where it just hits me a little more and I know I said it already, but I'll say it again and again and again and again.

Yesterday my friend Ryan had to work, I was off work so he asked if I'd mind watching his kids for the day since they have this week off school. Now for the most part his kids ( Andy10M and Mary 7F) are good kids and I've hung out with all of them before. So I said sure. I was told by Ryan that Andy will only eat chicken tenders, mac and cheese, hot dogs and pbj.
We watched some movies, played wii, and I took them out to eat for lunch. Then Andy (10m) kept telling me "we need to go to McDonald's to get my tenders ". I said that the restaurant we were going to had really good chicken tenders (they do). Besides I didn't want to be one of those people that brings outside food to a restaurant.
Well we get to the restaurant and Andy keeps saying that he doesn't want to eat there, he wants McDonald's. Long story short, Mary had a burger and ate it all, I ordered Andy some tenders and he refused to try them, so I took the leftovers with us to give to Ryan.
When Ryan picked them up later Andy told him that he was hungry and hadn't eaten since before lunch (we had some snacks).Ryan asked me why I didn't feed them lunch. I said I took them out to eat and Mary said "yep I had a burger ". Andy told him that he didn't like the tenders at that restaurant so didn't eat them and I wouldn't get him McDonald's, so he didn't eat lunch.
Ryan said he told me Andy is a picky eater and I should have just gotten McDonald's for him instead of forcing him to starve. I shouldn't be trying to force his kid to eat stuff.
On one had I see Ryan's point, but at the same time he can't honestly expect people to drive all over getting different food OR have to eat McDonald's whenever they watch his kids.
AITA
ETA : since multiple people have said I should've made him a PBJ.
I couldn't make him a PBJ (well I technically COULD) but earlier in the day day I offered to make him pbj for a snack, but he only likes grape jelly, and I had Strawberry. I don't have mac and cheese because I'm lactose intolerant.

Welcome to the week 15 Official r/NFL Power Rankings! With an easy win over the Cardinals, did Detroit luck out or does Goff see red every time he...sees red? Did the Packers earn a close win, or like the Rams/Seahawks, did the refs tarnish yet another outcome? Discuss! 31/32 reporting.

So, basically, I just got kicked out of my dad's house. My sister came out as lgbt and because I was already out they accused me of 'corrupting her' despite the fact I was only visiting for the holidays. I was going to leave soon to see my other family but my dad decided since I was such a bad influence that I'd have to leave this instant.
Well, don't have a car, flew out here, rest of my family is 5 hours away. Luckily my family in the other state was like okay we're coming to get you immediately because this is absurd.
I feel like shit and don't know if I'll ever be able to forgive my dad for the things he called me. He's deeply religious and called me Judas and spawn of satan.
And after I had already left his house with my stuff he texted me and said he loved me...
Yeah, because when you love your kid, you kick them onto the street at 10pm the day after Christmas.
I'm safe, so don't worry about that, I just needed to vent. I really honestly thought my father had grown since I came out a decade ago, but he truly showed his real colours tonight. I guess, how many chances for family is too many?
I went no contact for like 4 years and it was honestly the most peaceful years of my life. My step-mom convinced me he changed and this holiday season was a test to see if it was true.
I'm seriously thinking of going back to no-contact. Love to hear opinions/advice because man tonight sucked.
Edit: Thanks everyone who helped distract me, ya'll have been a pleasure to talk with and helped make something, at least one part of tonight positive. My family from out of state are almost here to pick me up so I'll very shortly not be living at MacDonalds :D Also shout out to McDs, ya'll were very kind in letting me crash here for 5 hours!
His personal bodyguard sees him and shouts βMickey Mouseβ. This startles the assassin and he runs off in the other direction. Trump turns to his bodyguard and says β Thank you, but why did you yell Mickey Mouseβ The bodyguard replies βSorry Sir, I meant to say Donald, Duck.β
For context I'm a Refuse Driver (Garbage man) & today I was on food waste. After I'd tipped I was checking the wagon for any defects when I spotted a lone pea balanced on the lifts.
I said "hey look, an escaPEA"
No one near me but it didn't half make me laugh for a good hour or so!
Edit: I can't believe how much this has blown up. Thank you everyone I've had a blast reading through the replies π
This is a very odd and very specific request, I know, but I'm looking for the closest thing to a Big Mac in the Valley without buying an actual Big Mac. (I swore off McDonald's years ago for a variety of reasons - some personal, some ethical)
I'm hoping to find a knock-off version served by a local restaurant that's as close to the real thing as possible. Example: Green Restaurant sells a vegan version called the "Big Wac" but doesn't taste the same.
Each year, McDonaldβs buys as much as 1.9bn lb of beef that it packs into patties for millions of Happy Meals, Quarter Pounders, Big Macs, Triple Cheeseburgers and other popular beefy sandwiches served across the globe.
The staggering volume of meat requires the company and its suppliers to slaughter north of 7 million cattle, according to some estimations, and that comes at a steep cost to the environment: McDonaldβs more than 53m metric tons of greenhouse gas produced in 2020 exceeds several European nationsβ emissions.
https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2021/dec/10/mcdonalds-emissions-beef-burgers
Just thought Iβd share this small hack/tip for those of you on a budget like me π If you ever want a small treat at a fast food place, I highly recommend downloading that placeβs app. McDonaldβs has some of the best deals through their app: For example many days you can get a free Crispy Chicken Deluxe with any purchase of $1+. Sodas are $1, so you can get a soda and a $5 chicken sandwich for just $1! Other days there are deals like get a free Big Mac with any purchase of $1. Or $1 any size fries.
Another tip I have is to use multiple phones if possible (i.e. borrow a spouseβs/partnerβs phone or your kids phone) and make an account in their name. Thatβs twice the deals! I just used this βhackβ last night to snag my wife and I two Whoppers for 74c! (They had a deal 37c Whoppers, limit 1 per account, so I made my wife an account, and got 2 Whoppers for dirt cheap!). Tonight, 3 of my kids wanted McDonalds for dinner. One kid usually gets 2 McDoubles. The other two kids split a 20 pc Nugget and they all wanted fries. I used 2 phones and got 2 deals: one was 2 large fries with a 20 pc Nugget and another deal was a free Crispy Chicken sandwich with purchase (which I got the sandwich for myself). So I fed 4 of us for $9, not bad!
EDIT: There are still idiots commenting that apparently donβt know how to read my post lol. 1.) Iβm not advocating you eat junk everyday or often; this is a hack for the occasional treat. Many of us enjoy the occasional fast food meal and/or have kids that enjoy it and itβs a treat to them (I got 4 kids). 2.) Yes I know you can prepare a healthy meal for less than $9, thatβs not the point of this post. We do cook most nights, but again, my wife and I work and we have 4 kids; we get tired sometimes like normal humans and sometimes want to grab fast food just because itβs easier and/or we wanna treat our kids.
Avoid the McDonald's at 4849 McKnight Road. Reasons:
-Personal advice from 2 of the employees saying that the lettuce used on their Chicken and Big Mac sandwiches are past expiration date and routinely have to be 'cleaned' of the liquefied lettuce.
-Several people (including my mother) that have eaten from there in the past month have all become sick, some becoming violently ill.
-The sweet tea containers are routinely found to have floating 'masses' that resemble a 'mother' found in vinegar.
-Discoloured cheese has been noted by several who have eaten from there.
-Food is stored at improper temperatures and is not brought up to proper condition and temperature when cooked.
-Several examples of their French fries have an unwelcoming sweet taste and softer than usual texture when biting into them.
-Often the final total amount due is different from the screen and what is totaled at the window.
Let me know if any or you have had any negative occurrences at this location, or any other locations, both McDonald's and otherwise. Thank you for reading through this.

Bo appeared on the Happy Sad Confused podcast to promote Promising Young Woman, the film he starred in that was shot in Spring 2019 for an April 2020 release, which was ultimately delayed until December 2020.
The film was well received and Bo was specifically mentioned as a stand out in many reviews. It became available to stream mid-month.

Itβs that time of the year and my wife and I are getting into the Christmas moves. As we rewatched Klaus from 2019, we were quickly greeted by the sound of Norm MacDonaldβs unmistakeable voice playing the role of the smart-alec, sarcastic, hilariously witty boat captain Mogens. I wonβt get into a whole tangent on the film itself, because itβs a phenomenal movie in every way I can think of and I think itβs going to stand the test of time as a classic Christmas movie. What I really came here to say is watching Klaus this year really hit me in the feels as itβs my first time watching the movie since we lost this legend and comedic genius.
If youβve never seen Klaus, check it out. I think youβll like it; Normβs character Mogens is hilarious and his performance really enriches the story. Rest easy, Norm MacDonald; he is sorely missed!
Kyubey was already sketchy when his method of approaching girls at their lowest points or on the brink of death such as Mamiβs case to ask them to make a contract but at least those girls were somewhat cognizant of making a deal of fighting witches in exchange for superpowers and a wish. Then I played Magia Record and came across the side stories of Aimi aero who mentioned contracting while in the middle of daydreaming and thus was unaware that Kyubey was real and not a figment of her imagination and Yura Hotaru who was half asleep when Kyubey approached her meaning a girl doesnβt have to be lucid when making a contract.
Now consider one way a girl could reach an altered state of consciousness where theyβre susceptible to suggestions is through substance use, something thatβs depressingly common among adolescents for the same reasons magical girl contracts are made (to be cool, feel better about themselves, escape from a troubled home life , to do better at something) and that Kyubey would see a drunk, stoned or high teenager as a quick and easy mark. How many teens got themselves drugged and woke up with superpowers they didnβt remember receiving? How many of those teens turned into witches because they didnβt take in the crucial info about keeping their gems clean? Or bc Kyubey told them about the contract when they were lucid again and they fell into despair over losing their normal lives due to a deal they didnβt remember making or had control over. And if confronted about it, Kyubey would just say βYou said yes and consented. Itβs not my fault if you couldnβt remember βOr accentuate the benefits of an extra durable body by mentioning how they could take any injury or take in any poison like booze particularly if the girlβs an addict without suffering any permanent physical ailment like liver damage while covertly leaving out the part about all that constant healing putting more stress and corruption on the soul gem

Management gets a fat bonus off of our up-sale percentage each month. Crew members get McDonalds gift cards or other types of gift cards if weβre βluckyβ. We do all the work, and I personally have one of the highest up-sale percentages. Whereβs our bonus at? - our βArea Coachβ received a $40,000 bonus (not in a month sorry maybe at the half year mark, heβs the one who oversees the stores)
On top of that we get screamed at by customers for asking and then I get yelled at by management if I forget to ask. Weβve been told to have a more positive attitude whenever we bring up the fact that we should have a bonus as well
Starting pay is 14.25 an hour, team trainers are paid 14.50 an hour. On January 1st 2022 minimum wage goes from $13.69 to $14.49
We currently make 0.56 cents more than minimum wage. So in January Iβll be making 0.24 cents more than when I started. Technically our current wage is βcompetitiveβ so shouldnβt our starting pay be raised by at least 0.56 cents above minimum wage? Shouldnβt the team trainers pay be raised by $1.01? I should be making $15.05 and trainers should be making $15.30, but no! Iβm even more pissed because when you become a trainer you get a 0.25 cent raise. Now it will only be an 1 cent difference. (Edited because math)
Weβre tired of up-sales. A customer got mad so she called the store to tell them that I seemed sad and bored. She bitched about me until my manager just decided to hang up on her. I literally gave the driver a compliment, assured them everything was in the bag, and told them to have a good day. WHY.
Another customer today ordered a shot ton of food and was being super rude. I gave him his food and he just sat there. There were 3 cars behind him. He signaled me and asked if he could order a large Baja. I had an order on my headset so I told him he could come inside because we have a line and Iβm currently taking an order. He got so fucking pissed βARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS ITS ONE DRINK JUST TAKE MY FUCKING ORDER GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICEβ. Itβs like that every single day. The customers treat us like the scum of the earth. They bitch and scream at us because of up sales. Weβve had people refuse to leave the window insisting that we got their order wrong and stay there until we eventually have to call the cops and ban them. EV

##Synopsis
Shinichi Kudo (Kappei Yamaguchi) is a rising star in the press. Although still a high-schooler, he has already solved a bunch of crimes and made criminals confess on the scene, speeding up investigations considerably. He does this much to the chagrin of his childhood friend Ran Mouri (Wakana Yamazaki), who accompanies him out of a feeling of necessity, but is not a fan of dead bodies and fears Shinichi's investigative drive will eventually bite him back.
Her fears come true: Shinichi finds out too much. After solving a case during an amusement park not-date with Ran, Shinichi suddenly leaves her alone in order to spy on two suspicious men making a deal. He's so engrossed in the scene, he doesn't notice a third man, who proceeds to knock him KO with a pipe. Since simply shooting him would be too conspicuous, he's instead given a poison intended to kill him without a trace.
Only it doesn't kill him. It turns him into a child.
Shinichi is able to find refuge at his neighbour and old friend, the kinda genius inventor Dr. Hiroshi Agasa (Kenichi Ogata), but while the two try to figure out what to do from now on, Ran suddenly visits. Since he doesn't want Ran to get involved, Shinichi spontaneously invents a new identity for himself: Conan Edogawa (Minami Takayama), a distant relativ

The Blackhawks will hold a press briefing at 1 p.m. CT to discuss the findings of an independent investigation (conducted by Jenner & Block LLP) into their handling of the Bradley Aldrich sexual abuse scandal. Owner Rocky Wirtz, CEO Danny Wirtz, and lead investigator Reid Schar are scheduled to speak. Aldrich was a video coach with the Blackhawks from 2008-10. The Blackhawks face two lawsuits: 1) by a former player alleging sexual assault by Aldrich and 2) by a former student whom Aldrich was convicted of assaulting. Original Thread
