I'm searching for a calligrapher to create a logo for me. I don't really know how much calligraphy of this style goes for, so I'm angling sort of high (for me) on the budget, willing to negotiate if that doesn't seem like enough. Besides, what I want is something rather complicated, so I'm willing to pay a proper price for the work I need.

This is in the vein of what I'm looking for. I have other examples in mind, but I'm seeking to create a logo for a fantasy project of my own. Depending on how things go, I may have more work in the future. Seeking a clean render for a digital medium. No deadline, though sooner rather than later would be good, if only because I'd be excited to see it.
I elected to save this toolkit until later because I wasn't sure how to make it useful. From a pure crafting stand-point it seemed extremely limited, and I was convinced there was little to no utility, and in the end this would be a short and fruitless guide.
Suffice it to say I was wrong... very very wrong.
It turns out The Calligrapher's Supplies might be one of the best kits in the game.
I was correct in guessing that crafting options would be limited, but the few options you have are some of the best, most accessible items in the game. This kit is almost system proof in its ability to be applied for crafting purposes.
It also ties together nice with other crafting kits in our home-brewed art-work crafting system, and ends up being a real boon to any crafting team it is added to. Furthermore whenever the party is trying to persuade someone via writing, it can be a very powerful tool.
Next time you are rolling a character don't sleep on the calligrapher's supplies. This kit could be the difference between you brokering peace between nations, and picking up the pieces after the war is done.
Lastly although I don't specifically mention it in my write-up, the benefits of this tool are only magnified when you apply the XGTE rules around combining artisan's tools proficiency with skill checks.
As always thoughts and feedback is greatly appreciated!
Enjoy!
Just want to share Japanese calligrapher Hattori Bunkai's IG. Watching him write kanji is inspiring.
