... keep reading on reddit β‘For the uninitiated, the raplines of Monsta X, Stray Kids and NCT all did a special stage for KBS Song Festival 2020 and words can not describe how much I loved their performances. I am a fan of all 3 groups so when this video first dropped I was so hyped and to this day I still think about this performance. Like do I even need to say anything about their rapping? There were 6 dragons on that stage that night because they were straight spitting FIRE. All of them did great!
The stage/set design really suited each group perfectly imo. Mark and Taeyong had a really cool set with badass flames everywhere and bikes surrounding them which just screams NCT with it's flashiness. Chan and Changbin's set highkey looks like a vandalized parking lot which really captures the youthful rebellious vibe SKZ has as a group imo and the glow in the dark paint + ending where they spray painted SKZ was the cherry on top. Jooheon and IM's set design might look simple in comparison to the others but I feel it really captured the sleek, sexy image MX has and the whole stage makes it really obvious they're the seniors of the 3 groups.
Also semi-related but I'm lowkey so proud as a MX fan to see my bias group get so much praise from other fandoms in the YT comments section? Cause I honestly assumed the comment section would be mostly NCTzens and Stays praising their faves with a few comments about MX since they're the least popular of the three but to my surprise so many of the comments were about Jooheon and IM! I was soooo happy to see them get praised because they really killed it
