A list of puns related to "Ź"

Uživajte i spamujte do mile volje.
I tried to find a pronunciation or alphabet video on YouTube but I can't find any. They say "ś" is just soft "š" (and "ź" is soft "ž"), but how (i.e., position of tongue, teeth, and lips).
Can you tell me differences between montenegrin and other dialects of serbo-croatian? I've heard this is most distinct of them. And give me some words with 'ś' or 'ź'.
As well as Sz vs Ś and Cz vs Ć?
Like what is the difference between them?
Both sound the same to me, like the Slavic letter Ж (Ž), so what's the difference? Where do I place my tongue when making each sound?
Also, I'm pretty sure I'm not the first noob to ask this question and I'm new to this subreddit so I apologize in advance if you consider this "another annoying question"
Ś = SJ / С́
Ź = ZJ / З́

Is there any audio source that has these sound pairings very exaggerated and right next to each other? As a native English speaker, I have no idea how to differentiate cz and ci for example but everywhere I look I see they are clearly different to a native polish speaker.
Are there any pictures showing where my tongue should be, maybe?
Ok, so I don't know if this is the right sub, but I honestly have no idea how to write these letters. I'm currently learning Polish because I want to study it and therefore I also need to write them.
