A list of puns related to "Wtc"
WTC 2022 Terrain has just been released.
https://worldteamchampionship.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/WTC-2022-Map-Pack-1.pdf
They have 8 different maps for each mission, in groups of 3. So there are 24 maps here.
Table 1 can be considered the most dense table, with table 8 being the most open out of the group. Remember this is meant for a team event, in WTC teams of eight players compete against each other where each can only use a codex once in their team, also the players have control over which table they play after knowing which list they are going to play against.
India is a great team by all means but only 2 teams make it into the final and the competition is obviously tough. Does anyone have any stats(or general opinion) to help us get a clear picture on India's chances of being in the WTC final?
As we know last WTC cycle England was the venue for the finals and in all likelyhood it may be the same this cycle too. So far this has been ok because in both cycles England hasn't had a snowball chance of actually qualifying to it acted as a neutral venue. But going forward how do you think the venue should be decided?
My suggestion would be to look at the home and away test series of all the times. The team that plays the 4th highest ranked teams (ranked at the start of the tournament) amongst their opponents in away series should be allowed to host the finals. Taking the current rankings (because I can't recall the rankings at the start of the WTC) the best two candidates to host the finals would be New Zeland. They play 3 of their top ranked opponents away: India, England and Pakistan.
I mean if you have such a championship for Tests, why not for LOIs?
The results from these championships can be used then for qualification in the world cups.
I mean, I'm not saying just make wc qualifiers, but if these matches have a value in the wc, then even bigger teams would take small series also seriously.
You can have 16/18 teams in the 1st division. I would suggest within each division, let there be 2 groups. Teams from the same group will play 3 match series with each other and 2 match series with the other group. Now out of the 9, you must play against any 7 teams which could be randomly generated. Total matches for each team would be 3(8)+2(7)=24+14=38 matches.
Such 2 or 3 Divisions can be there with promotion and relegation.

Now the question comes, how would teams tour each other?
There can be different continental windows. Thing with cricket is that you've got a good no. of countries in the southern hemisphere, where the summer is in a different time.
I've decided to keep 3 international breaks in the calendar, so as to not saturate everything.
I would suggest: January to Feb 1st week: Oceania Home Summer window + Windies Home window +Open tour window, anyone can tour anyone.3 weeks of Feb: International Break. ICC events could be held at this time.
Mid-March to Mid-April: Early Asian Home summer window + Early European Home Summer. In this window, European teams can tour Asia, while the rest of the european teams can host someone.
Mid-April to May: International Break.
June-August: European Home Summer + American Home Summer. Here, Asian teams can tour Europe while rest could tour teams in America : USA/Canada or Windies. + (Asian Home Summer, if anyone wants to host any. Although no one does, as 1 guy pointed out in the comments.) ICC events can be held even at this time, with a shortened break in september.
September-2/3 weeks: International Break.
Mid September to Mid October: Open Window + Windies Home window.
Mid October to - Mid December: Early African Home summer. Asian Home window, for the Asian winter.
December-January: Oceania Home Summer.
Now, the important question is: what compels the big teams to play against the smaller teams? First off, ICC can generate some i
