A list of puns related to "Webster University Ghana Campus"
I have been looking at the MBA program at the Athens, Greece campus for Webster University.
My contract is up in December and I know it's a bit of a gamble right now, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'll be able to move to Greece in January using the Post 9/11.
Is there anyone here who might be able to give some insight?
Would the BAH rate be based on St. Louis or Greece?
Thank you
Hello, I'm a 30 yr old black male from the U.S considering a move to Hua Hin to attend school at Webster University. I'm a Navy veteran, and i'm looking for a change in lifestyle outside of the States. My questions aren't really specific, but Is there any basic information you guys feel like sharing?
Is segregation / racism something i'd have to be mindful of? (Will I get funny looks / stereotyped as a drug dealer because i'm a black american male?)
I know it's not Pattaya or BK, so the night life isnt too out of control, but are there still opportunities to have some fun outside of school on the weekends? (I'm not a party animal, but I like to shoot pool, grab a few drinks, and flirt with the ladies.)
I plan on using my G.I. bill for my education, and I'll be receiving disability. Are there any financial tips I may need to consider? I don't really need much, I just want a change of pace and to finish my schooling overseas.
I stream on twitch as a hobby, I plan on growing my channel, and looking into other internet based content to pass time and earn money. Is the internet / Wifi culture adequate in Hua Hin? (I know Chaing Mai is like the digital nomad capital, but can I still get some online freelance work done while i'm attending school?)
Any information, or advice is greatly appreciated. I really just want to explore a different part of the world, and make the most out of life. Working 2 jobs and being surround around people who only talk about Trump, school shootings, Drake, or LeBron James is getting pretty old.
A wise person I knew once told me that if Earth is our home, why would you want to spend your entire life living inside your bedroom? Words I'd like to live by.
EDIT: I'll also be posting to the /r/ThailandTourism sub too, Sorry if this isnt the appropriate place to post my questions.
Hey guys!
Iβve been working on building my homebrew world since early February, and itβs developed enough to begin running campaigns through, so... Iβm looking for adventurers to unlock its secrets! Iβve already got a couple boutique adventure frameworks ready to be explored.
The goal is to have a weekly session on Wednesday evenings starting after fall break. We can work out the exact times in the party Discord if youβre interested.
Iβm also planning on being at the inaugural meeting of the Webster TTRPG club on Thursday if you want to talk more there, but wonβt be able to run my game through them due to a conflicting Fall 2 class.

> A statue of Mahatma Gandhi will be removed from a university campus in Ghana after professors launched a petition claiming the revered Indian independence leader and thinker was racist.
> The statue of Gandhi was unveiled in June at the University of Ghana campus in Accra by Pranab Mukherjee, the president of India, as a symbol of close ties between the two countries.
> "The government would therefore want to relocate the statue from the University of Ghana to ensure its safety and to avoid the controversy." it said.
> Last year students in South Africa successfully campaigned for the removal, from the University of Cape Town campus, of a statue of Cecil Rhodes, a notoriously racist mining magnate who died in 1902.
> Opponents of the statue in Ghana quoted several of Gandhi's early writings in which he referred to black South Africans as "Kaffirs" - a highly offensive racist slur - and complained that the South African government wanted to "Drag down" Indians to the same level as people he called "Half-heathen natives".
> A statue of Gandhi in the centre of Johannesburg not far from the office where he worked as a lawyer, triggered a similar row in 2003.

... keep reading on reddit β‘I donβt understand why graduates from technical universities, previously polytechnics, have to start at level 200 in universities in their bid to upgrade their certificates to a bachelorβs degree. This equates to almost another 3 years of school. This has been a headache for me in trying to get my bachelorβs because itβs just a year in the UK. I have been able to obtain an admission but the fees are too much for me. I joined my company with graduates from the top universities in Ghana and I do better than them at work, some of them come to me for explanations on their projects. I hare that my only option is to study for 3 more years to get a bachelorβs degree. Funny thing is no one seems to be bothered by this, the heads of these institutions, leaders in the the education space, no one.
Anyone here attending Webster having IgnitED issues? 2 of my classes are in IgnitED as 1.98 credits. I called Webster and was finally put through to Lisa Michaud, their TA rep. She told me that IgnitED needed to fix it on their end, but the Carson Ed Center said that Webster needs to resubmit the request. This seems like a simple issue to fix, but I havenβt been able to get ahold of Lisa in a month through phone or email.
Hi all, I am writing this post so that it can serve as a warning to any student or just anyone walking in London, to be honest. Yesterday evening around 6:30 pm I was in Holborn walking into my university campus to study, I was on my phone about to cut a call and had my arm grabbed by a cyclist who then eventually snatched my phone. There was not only one cyclist but two of them on either side of me and as a 19-year-old girl I cannot express the fear I was in and still am in. I initially screamed out of shock and it honestly took a moment for me to realise what had just happened. I ran after them, calling attention for help but honestly, no one did anything or was interested which I'm not surprised about and my campus was very quiet yesterday. Eventually, the cyclists vanished quite quickly.
I ran into one of my university buildings and my friend who had been on the phone to me when they grabbed it had also been on campus too so he ran down to me. We called the police, and they were in the area quite quickly except their car broke down so they called us to meet them. They were very honest in saying that I am not getting the phone back which was expected. They also said this has happened already 2-5 times in the last 2 hours so they can't do anything about it. I then contacted my family and made my way home. I also had my bank card in the back of my phone which I cancelled once I got home. I am happy that I am safe and that no harm was done to me apart from when they grabbed me.
The main moral of the story is to be aware of your surrounding always regardless of how safe you think you might be and do not unless absolutely necessary have your phone out. It honestly could have been anyone but last night it was me.
