A list of puns related to "Vitamin B3"
Might be a dumb question but I canโt seem to find a conclusive answer. Taking generic vitamin B3 will elevate my NAD levels, correct? Does anyone have long term (months +) taking B3 and then also something like Tru Niagen? I did a couple months on Tru Niagen and noticed real differences in my skin and energy. I switched over to plain B3 for a couple months and the benefits seem to be continuing but I donโt know if there are potential residual effects from my initial 2 months on Tru. Appreciate any insight.
I decided to make a post because I believe as many people should see this as possible. Niacin (in the form of nicotinic acid) has helped me last longer. Now I actually have to make an effort to cum. Apparently it increases production of transmitters, including serotonin. Tryptophan is also a precursor of both serotonin and niacin, so when you take niacin your body will use more tryptophan to create serotonin. It seems that it simply helps premature ejaculation for the same reason SSRI's help PE, because of the increase in serotonin activity. I have been taking different daily doses - some days I have taken 150mg, some days over 350mg. I don't take it all at once.
The niacin I've been taking is the kind that gives you "flush." I'm not sure if the non-flush versions of this vitamin would work, I haven't tried. If you decide to try niacin then do your research about the niacin flush so you will be prepared. The flush can be very intense if you take niacin in empty stomach.
What is the squalane oil product constituted of, one that is made from olive oil, especially, does anyone know?
And squalane oil users, has it noticeably helped you?
Thank you!
So one of our bro posted yesterday about his Vitamin B3 (he took nicotinic acid form) success story and in the same post someone linked a study regarding B9(folic acid) deficiency in people with PE.
Well me being desperate, ran to all nearby pharmacy to buy those stuff. I ended up getting a vitamin B complex (spring valley B50) that has 50mg vitamin B3 (Niacin in nicotinamide form - it's the flush free form) and 400 mcg Vitamin B9 (folic acid).
BACK STORY: I use to last about 5-10 seconds normally. Actually it's hard to measure in time and a better perspective is I use to last about 7-8 pumps at normal speed. Lifelong PE. But 15 days back, I started Wellbutrin because of depression. Wellbutrin causes even more PE and I was cumming like immediately after penetration. I was considering to start to sertraline but I read B3 post here and decided to give it a try.
Experience: bought last night and took 1 pill. No sex last night ๐. Took 1 pill this morning. And 2 pills in evening about 45 mins before sex. Lasted about 90-120 seconds. I was able to go about 45-50 pumps without stopping, switch position another 30-35 pumps, switch position and came in about 30-35 pumps.
I would like to call it a success as wellbutrin had made PE worse and better than 7-8 pumps. I will keep on experimenting with dosage.
Now I am worried about dosage as I am indeed over dosing (but desperation). I am gonna keep an close eye on side effects. And hoping it's more of a on demand thing rather than a daily dosage thing.
Read about side effects and decide if you wanna try. I don't know if B3 is working or B9. Maybe they are working in tandem. I am also gonna buy B3 and B9 separately and try them.
Cheers and Good luck.
I've read it increases blood circulation which could promote healthier hair growth. And what would be a safe recommended dosage for it?
I'm pretty sure I ordered niocin on Amazon and what came was vitamin B3 nicotinic acid . Is this ok for the stack or do I. Need to send it back
I've read a lot about Niacin and its effect to reduce the symptoms of over methylation. These other B-vitamins has been tricky with their methylated versions, does this go for Vitamin B3 as well, or could I just get any B3 I can find near me?
Thank you!
Edit 19 days later:
I received the Niacin today and the effects are beyond expectation, I got the typical flush and it honestly felt great! I don't know if it's just placebo since it's only day one - but I feel less brain fog and my body just moves easier like there's no fatigue at all. I know nobody asked, but just putting it out there for the Google peeps.
It was all freaking right. I hope my smile was able convey all the "I told you so" I wanted to say.
I'm looking to simplify my routine a little. Does anyone have recommendations for a serum or moisturizer that contains significant concentrations of both? Currently I use Good Molecules Brightening Toner and Timeless B5 Serum both day and night.
I am a 30yo woman with combo/oily skin. My main concerns are oiliness in my t zone, large pores, anti-aging and occasional blackheads/closed comedones. Generally I have good skin.
If you have used this product please let me know your views about it. I have been dealing with acne marks and large pores and wanted to try out niacinamide serums.
The following is the URL of an online article by Shelly Albaum, updated October 6, 2020, entitled: "COVID-19, NAD, and the B3 Vitamins": https://www.right-of-assembly.org/covid-19
Based upon the same and many other related studies, I suggest that taking NR (Nicotinamide Riboside,a vitamin B3 analog) is, probably, an reasonably effective means both to preventing COVID-19 infection and ameliorating the symptoms of the same once infected. Scientific studies can be difficult to comprehend, especially for those without a scientific background. Reading the beginning paragraphs and the conclusion, without going through the details of the scientific proofs and analysis, makes understanding these complex scientific papers much easier.
I quickly responded, itโs not there because you had it already.
So, I don't check my blood sugar as often as I should, that's my fault. But lately, I have been having low energy and motivation, and even though I take bupropion for depression, it seemed less effective than usual. I started looking for " Natural supplements" to give me some much-needed energy and everywhere I looked L-Tyrosine, and vitamin B-complex seemed to be the big ones. So I thought, that taking vitamins couldn't hurt, and L-Tyrosine is an amino acid there is no way it is harmful.
When I first took them I felt better and more energized, over the last 10 days or so, I noticed that I was sleepy all the time and lethargic, I guessed the pills must have lost their effect. Then I checked my blood sugar, I only take metformin, and my levels are always around 140mg/dl, I took my blood sugar a couple hrs ago and it was 327mg/dl. Has this happened to anybody else? Why wouldn't they put warnings on the bottle about this type of stuff? I want to take a multivitamin, but I'll have to find one without B3 in it.

What is niacin?
Niacin or vitamin B3, which is available naturally in many foods and can be synthesized in the body using the amino acid Terptovan, which is found in foods rich in protein, or can eat niacin as a dietary supplement, It is one of a group of water-soluble vitamins, which is converted in the body to niacinamide when it is taken in quantities that exceed the body's need.
Niacin is necessary for a number of body functions, maintaining the integrity of its cells, and converting food into energy.
High doses of it are given to heart patients; because it reduces blood clotting.
9 Health Benefits of Vitamin B3
There are many amazing benefits of niacin, some of which are proven by scientific studies, the most important of which are the following:
Anti-pellagra disease: a severe lack of vitamin Niacin causes a condition called pellagra, a rare occurrence, caused by some factors that increase the chances of their occurrence, such as loss of appetite or addiction to drink alcohol, so it helps taking niacin supplements in the treatment of pellagra disease.
Improve skin health and give it a great appearance: Vitamin niacin helps protect skin cells from damage caused by sun damage, as it can be used either orally or applied topically to the skin and some research indicates its ability to reduce the risk of some skin cancers as well One of these studies found that taking 500 mg of a form of niacin - nicotinamide - twice daily reduced the rates of non-melanoma skin cancer in people at high risk.
Reducing and combating arthritis symptoms: Vitamin niacin helps relieve some symptoms of degenerative arthritis, and improve joint movement and condition in the body in general, thus reducing the need to take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and this was proven by one study.
Fighting-type 1 diabetes: The bodyโs immune cells attack the insulin-producing cells in the pancreas, which are destroyed in type 1 diabetes, which is an autoimmune disease and taking vitamin niacin may help protect pancreatic cells from damage, which makes it a fighter for type 1 diabetes, which contributes to preventing the risk of infection in children at risk, and it should be noted that there is still a need to conduct several studies
... keep reading on reddit โกI have rosacea and I can't tell you the number of times Niacinamide has been recommended to me (or shows up in products recommended to me.) i am tempted ... however, years ago, my boyfriend brought home Niacin B3 Tablets from his job and I had a really bad reaction to them (body went red hot for 45 min.)
I'm assuming this was an allergic reaction.
Would a topical application result in the same bad results? Has anyone else had this problem? I'm curious, and willing to try and follow up with a spot test, or buy a product with soothing elements already in it...
So, I just found out that this stuff is just vitamin b3. So why is it so expensive?
