A list of puns related to "Vasoconstriction"
I ate 5 hawaian baby woodrose seeds and had a really great lifechanging and eyeopening trip but at the peak vasoconstriction was so strong that i had trouble breathing and my veins was like 3x smaller than normally and i actually tought i was gonna die. This was not my first time trying it but the seeds i had before was not very potent i used as much as 14 and i barely felt anything and now im planing to take 8 of the new more potent seeds but i dont want to experience that extreme vasoconstriction again. Any advice how to reduce it ? Sorry for my english its not my native language.
I've tripped on 1p a couple times now, and everytime I do my right leg starts to tense up and feels like its not getting enough circulation. I've tried taking ibuprofen and magnesium supplements before and during trips, but they don't seem to help, any advice?
So the highest dose I have taken is 6 seeds. Incredible experience, but in the later stages of the trip I had this issue where I kept feeling the urge to pee but could not. Idk if this was psychological but it felt as though this was an issue long after the peak and it has made me paranoid taking higher doses. I'm not sure if this correlates with vasoconstriction or not. Also I am an individual with high blood pressure and imagine things that fuck with my blood pressure isn't favored. Are there ways to make the feeling of vasocontraction better or has anybody else had the symptom stated above?
Like 25-50mg Shit is annoying, feels like my legs are gonna pop

Iβm taking magnesium, potassium, a multi, and chugging water but my neck and fingers just get so tight even on just 20-40mg that I canβt work out (I mean I could but itβs hurting more than helping)
Iβve had tightness issues across my body pre-adderall but this is making it 10x worse. Iβm not sure if more stretching would relieve it or if I should go out and find better vitamins but itβs really irritating. Any suggestions?
Ive heard heroic LSA trips (10 seeds+) can cause very uncomfortable vasoconstriction in your extremities, most people say to avoid this you need to simply move around and stay active but im restricted to being in my room for the whole trip. Are there any drugs, supplements, or anything at all i can use thats probably in my house already that i can use to combat this? Maybe some vasodilator? I was thinking maybe use a nitric oxide boosting pre workout to keep the bloodflow going. Lmk
Anybody else try this combo? I feel so amazing, my heart itself literally feels like it's being massaged. I took 4000 mg of L citrulline and 2.5 G of Phenibut. This is one of the most euphoric drug combinations I've tried.
Every time I trip my back spasms & hurts because of vasoconstriction. Will taking L-Citrulline before my trip help with this or cause any problems?
The title explains it all, I want to understand the best supplements to use for vasoconstriction and for the body load of hallucinogens such as 2-CB-FLY, 5-MEO-MIPT, ETH-LAD etc..
Any comment is useful, I would like you to also mention drugs not just supplements, such as antiemetics, which I never understood if they are effective or not, as most of the questions on this topic only talk about supplements and ginger.
Edit: In conclusion it is better to take only supplements because other drugs such as beta-blockers or alpha-selective are more likely to cause side effects than supplements and to alter the journey.
in conclusion the best supplements are: magnesium glycinate, citrulline, niacin, ginger, agmanthin, l-arginine
stay safe and enjoy :)
So a couple days ago I took 200mg untested mdma but it did smell faintly of safrole and was slightly yellow but mostly white so I pretty sure it was mdma, but the last few times I have rolled even with 2-3 month breaks I seem to get really bad vasoconstriction so bad that my fingers will go tingly my stomach will tighten almost like I have a lot of weight on it and my legs will go tingly and feel like they arenβt working right like walking can be more laborious then usual or Iβll be slightly off balance. Is this dangerous or common I really want to know cos itβs sort of freaky but it does go away it mainly happens during peak or coming into peak
So on my prescribed doseage of Adderall, the side effects I get are vasoconstriction (cold feet) along with an increase in blood pressure. Iβve consulted with my doctor and both are not serious at the moment, but Iβd like to lessen the effects if possible. Yes, I know exercising helps, but Iβd like to know which combination of supplements would be best to aid me alongside it, as well as any extra tips like what foods to avoid when taking the supplements or the best times for taking them. Thanks!
I'm episodic, 5 weeks on 1-2 years, including warm up and cool down, most of the cluster period is usually doable.
Did have a few bad days/weeks over all, and some of them i'm putting on vasodilating foods/drinks.
What i think helps me to abort is the vasoconstricting effect of caffeine.
What triggers for me i think is the vasodilating effect of alcohol with a quick onset, or eating a lot of chocolate with a slow release effect, the latter giving me ones that last well over an hour just slightly less intense.
I haven't read much about it here, so i wonder what are all y'all's experiences with this?
Whenever I take LSD my circulation gets pretty fucked (decreases) and I have read LSD can cause vasoconstriction (blood vessels get smaller), so if I take viagra(a vasodialator) would this help the decreased blood flow and muscle tightness ?
In my head kinda having a problem processing these.
So vasoconstriction will increase the pressure and velocity, but decrease the flow rate (cardiac output), cross-sectional area, and the amount of blood it can carry.
Vasodilation will decrease the pressure, and velocity, but increase the flow rate (cardiac output), cross-sectional area, and the amount of blood.
How is that cardiac output (flow rate => Q=AV) increase when it is vasodilated but the velocity decreases and vice versa?
Thanks.
I understand that venoconstriction increases cardiac preload by increasing venous return.
However, how does vasoconstriction accomplish this? I just do not understand. If the arteries are constricted, this will increase your body's total peripheral resistance, which will then increase your mean arterial pressure. Your body's baroreceptors will then sense this increase in mean arterial pressure and attempt to compensate for this increase in pressure by decreasing venous return, preload, stroke volume, and CO. Why is it that vasoconstriction actually increases cardiac preload?
Thanks for your help!
As we all know LSD is a vasocontrictor, making your veins shrink and your blood pressure increase. I just read that Cacao works as a vasodilator, the opposite of that. So when youβre going to trip isnβt it smart to eat some cacao? Or even during the trip? Many people also suggest it makes you happier and spiritually helps you become at peace. Although iβm not sure about that last past, would this work to ease vasocontriction or not? People who know more about this let me know your thoughts! Have a good day everyone!
Ok so i have done 2cb and lsd a good few times, but while on lsd i got this strange feeling that my throat/chest was closing up. Ruined my trip completely because of anxiety and paranoia building up thinking i was doing some sort of permanent damage to my body, also had it on 2cb. Ive heard about vasoconstriction and it happens on all psychedelics but i dont see it happenning to many people as alot of people take it at festivals and stuff and i really cant see them putting up with what i went through whilst raving or whatever. People recommend magnesium which i have been taling for the last few months but still get it. Almost puts me off trippimg again. All my stuff has been tested and can confirm it is the right stuff. Anyone else get this and know how to deal with it?
Really curious about what works best, tips and info on supplements always welcome.
Curious to see what you guys use, cheers!
Hi guys,
I have just started my microdosing journey and it's not exactly been what I was expecting. Here it goes in short.
Day 1 - Took about .6 grams of truffles. Swallowed with water. A bit of headiness and HD-vision. High heart rate and cold feet.
Day 5 - Took about .2 grams of the truffles. Chewed a bit. Taste was not so bad. Like earthy.
Again cold feet and high heart rate. Irritability and some headache. There has even been some scary pain around the heart in the mornings because of the high heart rate.
I have indeed felt some positive changes like realizing some things and managing panic in general but the negative effect undoes almost every bit of them. It feels like extreme vasoconstriction to me. I have taken 100 mg of Magnesium Glycinate every day and probably should increase it even though it causes bloating.
Can someone suggest what I should do? Perhaps I am too sensitive to vasoconstriction? Any other strong vasodilators I could try which don't cause gas and bloating? Any suggestions on dosing and frequency?
Thanks
So when inflammation or a injury happens, our blood vessels goes to vasodilation to make more white blood cells, coagulation factors or proteins to get in the injury area. And that makes total sense.
Also our blood vessels goes to vasoconstriction to reduce the blood flow, so that way lesser blood will be lost due to hemorrhage. And that makes total sense too.
I am confused here, so both vasoconstriction and vasodilation happens when inflammation happens? Surely this doesn't make any sense. What am I missing?
Does Dexedrine cause less vasoconstriction than Ritalin?
I have been prescribed Ritalin for ADHD and it helps, but my hands and feet get really cold.
I know you have probably written it in many posts. But I can't find something clear
What can I do to avoid vasoconstriction when taking 3MM?. Once my toes could be a bit purple and I got scared, in general it affects me a lot just like with amphetamines.
So I would like to start taking something to avoid such strong vasoconstriction, take a vasodilator for sure.
Any ideas? Thank you very much for any info
I have been prescribed 30mg Vyvanse for ADHD, and have been taking it for a few months now. It has been working well except I have started experiencing vasoconstriction symptoms; cold hands and feet (Raynaudβs syndrome), tense muscles and a spike in blood pressure (normally around 120/75, now itβs around 130/85-90).
I have also been experiencing a dull ache on the left side of my chest especially when I breathe in deeply. I think itβs likely this could just be from muscle tension and sitting at my desk too long, but to be safe Iβm going to stop taking the vyvanse and speak to my doctor about it ASAP.
Has anyone else experienced these symptoms and is there a way to mitigate or relieve them? Iβm hoping this isnβt anything more serious, this medication has really helped my ADHD and is keeping me in University. I have final exams coming up and going through that unmedicated is going to be tough :((
THC is an extremely volatile ingredient for combining with LSD. It increases many risk factors exponentially and can result in trainwreck trips for some. Me in particular, presumably, is such a case.
Iβve not touched LSD in well over a year. The last trip was 1 drop of 100ug which blasted open my 3rd eye, activating kundalini energy, having absolute 0 control, resulting in the phenomena we label as βpsychosisβ. Over the year iβve done various drugs and except for a fear caused by trauma from my episodes, i donβt believe i have a predisposition to schizophrenia nor any psychotic traits. I just really think the combination with THC is an ABSOLUTE NO GO for me.
I havenβt had the occasion to really try out this hypothesis, nor did i search for it. But lately my interests have become more drawn towards dipping my toes in the lysergamide class of drugs. I think iβd like to get familiar with that headspace again through the analogue ALD-52. As itβs presumed to have a less mindfuck headspace and overall more mellow and visual experience.
(I do have access to high grade LSD in liquid and blotter form. And i can easily acquire ALD-52 from an online vendor legally)
Iβve had incredible experiences with LSD that i hold very dear to me. Despite the 3 really bad ones i had. My bad trips are always paired with extreme cramps. Which i think are results of vasoconstriction. I have these cramps so badly that at one point on a festival they shot me up with tranquilizers because they were afraid i was going to have an heart attack. Mind you this was only on 100ug of LSD in combination with smoking weed. So that would mean i was otherwise possibly going to be the first person to die from this stuff?
Iβve heard from friends that cramps also come into play during their trips after smoking weed. So i wonder if this interaction causes vasocontriction to occur. And i wonder if any of you have experience with this.
ive taken acid a few times and the last time my body hurt really bad and after some research figured out i was experiencing vasoconstriction (tightening/narrowing of the blood vessels). it didnβt cause a bad trip or anything and i learned that taking a magnesium supplement before tripping can help with that. but i want to know if vasoconstriction is dangerous at all? i donβt want to trip again with out knowing iβm safe bc if i donβt know i risk worrying abt it and having a bad trip. i also think the reason i felt it so strongly was that i drank before taking the tab (very dumb i know not planning on doing that again). iβve felt it minorly on other trips and havenβt tried the supplement yet but am worried to trip without knowing iβm safe if i do experience it again
Hi guys, I looked it up here in the sub but i don't seem to find a direct answer or even that someone else expressed same feelings.
So I LOVE moxy, its one of the coolest drugs, it makes me and the wifey horny in such a cool way that is totally different from stims, everything become sensual, and the D works completely fine and even better.
BUT The vasoconstriction HOLY SHIT, I like take amount of 10mg up to 15 but the vasoconstriction is so fucking heavy that i feel like someone is choking me by the neck. I feel like my neck will explode and i feel if i lay down like i will just past out. I don't even care of the nausea, just the blood flow is unbelievably restricted in the head and neck area.
Also at the end of the trip I experience such a hard headache (i guess because the blood vessels in the brain go back to their original size and pressure the nerve endings)
Any way i heard all sort of recommendations, i took citrulline before but it didn't helped so much.
Tell me what you guys think, because I really love this drug, it is so special but this is a major downside.
So me and a couple of my friends are planning to take the DS3.0 acid for our first time and I've mostly heard good things about it but the thing that is worrying me is vasoconstriction which tbh i didn't even know was a side effect of LSD until today. We're only taking 110ug so i believe it won't be too noticeable but I've heard people say that above 200ug it gets really uncomfortable. Can anybody with ds3.0 experience tell me if this is true and just how bad can it get? Also how much does it worsen the trip
In terms of effects and (lack) of side effects, Parnate seems like it could be an ideal fit for me. However, itβs noted to have amphetamine-like effects, and this worries me.
I was prescribed Adderall, and One of the worst side Effects for me was vasoconstriction. Namely, cold and somewhat numb fingers, toes, and worst of all: βstim dickβ, or penile shrinkage.
Does this happen to any guys on Parnate?
could turmeric work for vasoconstriction btw? gonna do benzedrex for first time tonight I hear its vasoconstrictive as fuck but how does the vasoconstriction compare to like dph?
Not properly hydrating will cause the blood to thicken, effectively increasing the chances of dangerous side effects caused by vasoconstriction significantly. Drinking water can thin the blood, and potentially counteract some of the side effects of vasoconstriction.
Stay hydrated, you beautiful kings and queens
Is there anything you can do to get rid of this? I only experienced this on a 220ug trip once. My underarms and puls felt like I had a huge pump like when you workout in de gym.
I want to do higher dosages but don't want the vasocontriction to get worse. Or it could be just that one time because I never experienced any of this with my other 75-150 ug trips tho, even combined with a lot of alcohol nothing like this happend.
This summer seems to be reaching record high temperatures! Take care of your pets!

Just like in title, do you have any ways to cope with vasoconstriction? I ate 14 MG seeds like 2 hours ago as a microdose and I'm feeling quite a lot of vasoconstriction despite low dosage, any advices?
Apologize for the title.
Iβve been on stimulants for years for ADD. Vyvanse for six years and mydayis for the past two.
Past two months, Iβve been having discomfort and a feeling of tingling/heaviness in my balls while on meds during the days (mydayis 25 mg).
I know vasoconstriction, etc⦠can happen with all stimulants.
Iβve been to a doctor and he said everything is fine.
Have any other men had problems like discomfort / what I described while on stimulant medication?
title says it all. i wanna get the most tingly feeling out of this shit, it's pretty much the only reason i do it. i am super bummed when the tingles stop regardless of how hard im still tweaking. im no doctor though someone who knows what they're talking about help me out?
Like the title, which one cause the less vasoconstriction from your experiences?
