When Lura, the Duchess of Killarney was vacationing in the Ural Mountains, she engaged in some nude sunbathing, and got a nasty sunburn on a part of her anatomy normally covered by clothing. It was so bad, she debated whether to lie to the others in her traveling party and say that she had to go home because of a stomach bug (she obviously couldn't tell them the truth). So she asked the hotel doctor to look at it and tell her what to do.
As the doctor prepared to examine her, he idly asked "tour all Ural, Lura?" But when he saw the sunburn, he said, "too raw, Lura. Lie!"
