A list of puns related to "Tuscany"
I own a fairly large piece of land in Italy (Tuscany) that can produce premium extra virgin olive oil, organic.
I'm currently doing nothing with it. I could sell it, however I had a (crazy or stupid) idea to monetize it that I'd like to validate with you.
What if I would "sell my land as a service" to multiple shareholders?
The idea is to create 100 partitions. Each investors rents out a piece of land for a defined amount of time, paying a fee for it. The fee will be used to produce and bottle the olive oil, plus administrative fee.
In exchange for that, renters will receive a certificate of temporary ownership and, most importantly, they'll be shipped a certain amount of olive oil to their door step every year. The bottles' lables will be customized with the name of the land as well of the investor.
Would you pay say $1000-2000 a year to receive premium Italian extra virgin olive produced in "your own" land and bottled with your own label?
Is this such a crazy idea or do you think it might have legs from an investor / consumer perspective?
Hello all, my favorite song always goes back and forth between The Count of Tuscany and A Change of Seasons. I love the way A Change Of Seasons is broken down into sections, each titled in a way to tell you about the song at that point, such as the crimson sunrise, carpe diem, the darkest of winters, etc...
So I decided to apply that same idea to The Count of Tuscany since it's also an epic journey with many sections. I was originally thinking of these as a basis for editing a video to go with the song, but I never got around to that part. Anyway I thought this was pretty cool and hope you all enjoy it too.

They had 3 copies at my local store along with a couple other small games i didnβt recognize.
Hello! I will be traveling to Italy for the first time in June. We are staying in Rome for four days then Tuscany the rest of the trip. We are hoping to rent a car to experience as much of Tuscany as we can. Which city do you recommend as a home base in Tuscany? What do i need to know about traveling to Italy? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

The format is no moving and no time limit. All locations should have enough visible information to be pinpointable and aren't intended to be too difficult (mostly). If you can score 25000 then how quickly can you do it?
There are a million options for wine tours online and I don't want to choose something that is too gimmicky/not authentic or worth the money. Is a tour worth it or is it better to choose a winery and spend the day there? We only have one day to tour Tuscany itself.
