If I have an enhancer for a given gene, but I don't know the transcription factor(s) that bind to it, what's the best way to experimentally identify the TF?
I have identified a bunch of sites for the ChIPseq of a transcription factor that are enriched after ligand binding compared to no ligand and I wanted to see are these sites enriched for known TF binding site family. What would be a tool to do this?
Do you know of any database to download transcription factors for breast cancer and transcription factors for human beings?
