A list of puns related to "Strawberry Festival"
For anyone who is excited for the Kokomo Strawberry Festival, tickets are on sale now at KHCPL Main and South and any Kokomo First Farmers Bank & Trust branch. Tickets can also be purchased at the event - all tickets are $5.
If you're interested in info ahead of time, find vendors, a list of live entertainment and more in the Kokomo, Indiana app (from Google Play and App Store).
So now the only question is - who's heading downtown for the festival??
IRONMAN 2. Just because there is the one scene where Tony gets pepper strawberries, but pepper is actually allergic to strawberries. I would say this is one of the most important parts of the movie and strawberries are the real star of Ironman 2.
I submitted a one-act play to the Riant Theatre's Strawberry One-Act Festival and the Jocunda Festivla Virtual Play Reading Series. I've been accepted for the virtual reading series, but I'm only now realizing that it's expensive to actually do. They charge the playwright $400-600 for doing the performance, and if I want them to do publicity or help with casting, directing, backgrounds, and tech rehearsals, it's more--altogether it could be $1,000. That seems pretty crazy to me, but I don't want to back out hastily so I'm making this post for a second opinion.
My play was also accepted to the Strawberry One Act Festival, which will be on-stage performances, happening once that's safe again. For that, the website says that they can help hook me up with a director but I would be responsible for casting and rehearsing the show, and I assume paying the actors and director myself.
Has anyone been a part of their festivals before? Is this worth it, or am I being taken advantage of?
