For my fantasy sumo game (which there is still time to sign up for at Fantasizr), I did a draft preview. In trying to see who might overperform or if there are any other concerns beyond coronavirus, I found something I haven't seen commented on before. This banzuke feels like it has a large number of stablemates ranked very near each other.
This could cause scheduling to be a nightmare. While usually the top 16 all face each other, and in less of an emphatic way the bottom 16, that will just not happen. Technically, Ryuden is just outside the joi-jin, but he's probably guaranteed to face Hakuho, Endo, and Hokutofuji at least, because they have stablemates in the first 16 ranked rikishi. Title basically says it all (for the most part). I'm currently in the process of trying to find a couple of Stablemates I can use to make a mare and filly set of custom models. I'm planning on using the G2 Thoroughbred to use as the mare, and I feel that the Cantering Foal would work well alongside the G2 TB. That being said, I'm trying to figure out if I'll need to do gender modification if the Cantering Foal is a colt and IDYB doesn't specify whether it is or not. Thanks!
