I painted over an existing layer of paint using some old white paint just to create a bass for a new lighter colour but these Small bubbles have appeared in the paint not sure what to do is it easyier to sand it then apply lining paper on top as sanding it alone leaves uneven appearance

Fly fishing in a bay from a kayak at night is always a blast. Some spotted bay bass, a sand bass, and a sargo. Always fun. All were caught on a orange/green clouser. Mission Bay for the most part is 10 feet deep or less so a floating line even on a kayak is feasible. reddit.com/gallery/pdt0ob

Solid morning. Caught 6 bass, lost a 4lber at the boat trying to get my net out. Also caught about 8 of these sand bass. All in under 3 hours as it got hot as hell with no wind. Doubled up 2x (pictured) on the sand bass and they were all keepers although I catch and release.

I’m getting my first ever baitcaster from Walmart it’s a combo. Abu Garcia max pro low profile (7MH). I know it’s a budget setup but it’s a gift I’m receiving and I’ve been wanting to finally get my hands on one. For the species I’m trying to target what would be the best lb test to spool it with?? I have like 3 other spinning setups as well
Btw I’m in Los Angeles and I am fishing only from land finding whatever spots I can. I enjoy saltwater fishing more tho and hardly do freshwater tbh. Usually my go to spot is the rocky ass jetty in Long Beach
Doubling up sand bass. Started the day and couldn't get bit on blacks so caught some white bass. Buddy calls me and wants to go to a different lake. End up setting my PB that I posted to the bass sub, but I caught 26 sand bass on 24 casts before I headed back in to go pick up my partner.
