Currently chubby, and planning to fatFIRE in several years. This sub seems to treat the 4% investment withdrawal rule as sacrosanct, I wonder if I can withdraw more because:
- I likely won’t be able to keep up the fat lifestyle forever and likely could withdraw less later in life
- the 4% rule was designed so there is a near zero risk of running out of money. That’s necessary if you’re skinny and need this money to get by, but us fatties should be able to tolerate more risk.
Thoughts? Any good calculators to help plan?
Note: no heirs so hoping to die old and almost broke.

I want to turn back to human to play through other mods and dawnguard as a dawnguard. But when I go to falion, he doesn't mention me being a vampire. Help. If the mod doesn't allow me to can I just disable the mod. Will it have consequences?
I have been looking into changing my modlist up and see if there is any good competition to mods that I would consider essential, like Sacrosanct. What are some other great vampire overhauls?
Is there any way to get rid of the blurry vision effect? It makes it rather annoying if I want to take screenshots
Sacrilege and Sacrosanct are both vampire overhauls by EnaiSiaion. I personally tried Sacrosanct and really liked it. I've yet to try Sacrilege. Sacrilege is supposed to be a more vanilla+ experience. Out of THESE two. Which one do you prefer and why?
I was wondering, if I become a vampire/vampire lord and later get cured via the companions, once I’m finished with that quest line if I get Serana to make me a vamp again, will my previous progress carry over? Or will I be back at the beginning, so to speak.
Not sure whether this is a Sacrosanct problem, or just Dawnguard bugginess?I'm letting Harkon turn me, but for some reason the right-hand default power of Drain Life is not granted. When I'm first transformed, I have Raise Dead in my left hand, but nothing in my right. There's no active power in my right at all. Opening the favorites menu does not give me access to Drain Life. I've done multiple restarts at a save point prior to entering the castle and meeting Harkon for the first time. Can't figure out what the issue is.
And the fun doesn’t end there... I dont know if its connected, but anytime I'm not in Vampire Lord form in Harkon's castle, everyone is pissed at me for giving up harkon's gift and becoming a mortal, and says I should go get Harkon to change me back. If I'm in vampire lord form, they treat me normally. If i transform from mortal to vampire lord while in the castle, they all aggro and attack me. Deeply screwy.
Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any advice?
I hate to have to ask this but i've exhausted all the resources i could regarding the question which is; I'm using the sacrosanct mod on skyrim ae, which i got off of the official bethesda mod site due to the fact that i dislike nexus' new "vortex" tool and how it handles files. Up until now the mod has been working as intended or so it seems, however i'm having one issue which happens to be with the "blue blood" part of the mod. A couple of npc's such as Astrid and General Tullius, will not give me the option to feed on them to learn the perk. If i use seduction the only options i get are sense vatae and pickpocket. Now before you say "You have The Beast debuff", no i don't. I've seen where that was a issue for some people and i've tried feeding on them from both extremes, while being fully sated and while being starved. I do not get the option at either end. I was able to feed on ulfric and a couple of other npcs and i have no other mods the handle vampire related things except two texture mods.
Does anyone have any insight as to what may be the issue or at least the perk id codes so i can manually add them to my character?

Once in my life I too would have been happy to tear my heart from my chest. Anything to end grief and emptiness. Anything to get away from the shame that I wasn't strong enough to resist the sadness of heart.
Basically I want all the spells of Sacrosanct only in the form of spell tomes. I was wondering if EnaiSiaion would maybe make a separate mod for this if this isn't a possibility already.
So, everything else about Sacro works perfectly, but the one thing I really wanted for RP purposes was to turn people into vampires. Now, it does work, their eyes change and they like me, but then the next day I'll turn the game back on and *poof* they're all human again. Sacro is at the bottom of my load order and as I say there are no other issues. I'd really appreciate any help, getting to be a ball-ache turning people over and over again. Thank you in advance.
Can anyone who knows how to mod make a patch mod for Sacrosanct and Humanoid Vampires? Humanoid vampires doesn't work with Sacrosanct (Ugly vampire textures remain) and I know that Cosmetic Vampire Overhaul seems to work but it requires USSEP and I personally don't use it or mods that require it. Thanks to whoever makes this if it gets made!
So ended up jumping into AOS off the back of the Soul Wars box early last year. I ended up picking up Tempest of Souls to flesh out those units in that box and then jumped on a Exorcism Soulstrike box that I happened to find on discount.
I was curious if there was any fun lists people were running. I really love the look of this chamber and it’s what made me love the Stormcast range and I’d love to finally get some games in with it.

Disregard. Turns out the issue was Realistic AI Detection that was the issue.
For some reason my attributes don't regen when I'm in shade, even with the option ticked in the MCM. I turned myself with a Potion of Embracing.
I don't have any lighting mods active and even when I have my ENB off to be certain I'm standing in a properly shaded area, my attributes won't regen. Anyone have this issue before? Or is there a known fix for it? I checked in xEdit to be sure nothing was overwriting Sacrosanct's sun damage and it was winning all conflicts. The only overwritten scripts are by Wintersun.

Pretty much exactly what the title says. Unlike with other cases though it isn't consistent. About 50% of the time if I load into the game and turn it'll work perfectly, but it sometimes stops working while shifting between melee and spells, and it also won't work if there's a lag spike while turning.
I'm not running any mods that have any chance of affecting it (some add new spells, but none touch vampire lord), but I am running Ordinator (which I'm assuming probably isn't an issue due to it sharing a developer).
I have done the vanilla fixes such as reinstalling dawnguard, but that didn't solve it. I know it isn't completely broken either because as I said it works sometimes, just not at all consistently. It also has a tendency to break more after taking a perk that adds a new VL spell, such as Vampiric Grip, though I haven't tested it enough to see if that isn't just luck, the sample size is too small.
Before you ask, no, there is no way it could be due to running Better Vampires before; I purged that one hard, reinstalled skyrim, and don't even have any saves that had it, so unless that mod is haunted that isn't it.
I keep getting the error message that sacrosanct has a conflict with something. It says that one or both of these scripts, PlayerVampireQuestScript and/or DLC1PlayerVampireChangeScript, are modified. However, I cannot find these scripts in my game folder. How can I fix this issue? I am not sure what mod conflicts with it either.

I am wary of spiritual teachers who have big followings and bestselling books, who spend most of their life around followers and in the public eye. I am wary because in order for someone to act "spiritual" all the time, they have to fake it. An authentic awakening doesn't make you act holy. It makes you saner and realer, with hints of mysticism. That's been my experience. It could be that these high-profile teachers have something that I don't have, but I don't see it. I look at them and I'm pretty sure I'm seeing what they are seeing, and I don't see how it could be any different. Awake is awake.
I am ordinary. They are ordinary, but pretending they are not. Something that is awake runs through me. This may also be the case for them, too, but they are playing a game, and I don't understand why. Being a spiritual teacher would require you to ignore the fact that you are still very human. Awake or not, you continue to act like a human, and not necessarily saintly. Some people are indeed more saintly by nature, but such a thing is unrelated to being awake.
Perhaps I am judging them too harshly. Indeed, many of them were essential parts of my own journey. I needed the guidance they provided; and I still find their words clarifying, reassuring, and deepening. I honor the roles they played in my process, but I don't understand how it is possible for them to continue playing this role and never taking a dump. Everybody poops. I'm sure they do, too.
