A list of puns related to "Roquefort"
Does anybody happen to own a copy or know where to find this release: https://www.discogs.com/Karnivool-Roquefort/release/12074275
Contains the radio version and acoustic jam version of the song. Seems to be the only official Karnivool release that doesn't exist anywhere on the internet and it's really frustrating not to be able to find it. Would really appreciate if someone could share information on this if they know anything. I can't be the only person looking for it!
O en todo caso con otros quesos como queso de cabra, etc.
I imagine you just mix it all together...
From a handwriten recipe card.

Notes:
This is a large recipe. I usually cut it in half.
Best when made a couple days in advance.
From Marie Montgomery FROM THE KITCHEN OF San Francisco
I got a small wedge of roquefort and even though im a fan of fairly strong blues I thought it was really unpleasantly strong at first, it turned out that this overly strong soapy/bitter flavour was just on the outer surface, where the rind would be on other cheeses, and first slice I ate was from the outside. The inside of the wedge is more what I was expecting - like a stronger version of the blues I've had before.
Im wondering is this normal for roquefort? I always like the rinds and it has always been the opposite kind of flavour to this, with milder and earthier flavours than the centre.
It was also just out of the sealed plastic packaging
