Please note: only current university students aged between 18-45 are eligible to participate. Additionally, I must request that you do not complete the survey if any of the following criteria apply to you (even if you are a student aged 18-45):
- Consume sleep-altering medication on a regular basis
- Have travelled internationally in the last week
- Work night shifts on 3 or more occasions in any given week
- Have a sleep-related disorder
