A list of puns related to "Resident Evil"
It really amazed me that has been so many Resident evil movies and almost all of them are basically bad the only decent Resident evil movies are the CGI movies and first two Paul w Anderson Resident evil movies the whole concert of Resident evil it should have been easy to adapt into a movie but somehow Hollywood manage to screw that up.With the recent box office bomb of Resident evil welcome to Raccoon City and the upcoming Netflix live action Resident evil show which looking at the screenshot of it it doesn't look like Resident evil at all honestly I think it's for the best they just need to stop.
Like, I played all Resident Evil and I really don't understand why RE 7 and 8 are treated like this. They have the mechanics and the Resident Evil feeling, both of them are pretty scary (expect from some parts of RE 8). So if you think like this or might have and ideia of why people think like this please say it on the comments and I will try to change your mind
Both in story and controls, they were awesome. I know Resident Evil 2 and 3 existed on the PS1 almost thirty years before, and I own both the OG copies and the Remakes, but I massively prefer the remakes. The story is the same, but the controls on the remakes made the game so much better. I wish they made remakes of every game in that style. Edit: so just to clarify, yes, I think the original stories are better than the remake stories, I just despise the old gameplay mechanics so much that just the fact that the new ones have over the shoulder gameplay makes them better in my eyes. Thatβs it. Thatβs the only reason. But itβs a damn good one imo.
Who else is disappointed with this? RE:V doesn't seem as replayable or "long term". Is there something more we as a communbity can do to promote it, or are we happy with being a niche?
Personally i'm happy with niche.
At least we have the PC Mag win.
via twitter: There's no way Resident Evil Village has 100% free DLC, if there's a free DLC piece included, it strongly alludes they have more than one DLC piece in the works.
Link 2: I say "if", but Capcom themselves in their October Investor Business report said they had free Monster Hunter Rise & Resident Evil Village DLC in the works, so I guess you could say that nearly confirms there's more than one DLC piece in the works right now for Village.
Link 3: The free DLC thing isn't really a rumor, when Capcom released their investors October sales & business report, there was a claus in it that said they were preparing free DLC pieces for Monster Hunter Rise & Resident Evil Village. It could be VR they meant, but who really knows?
While not being fully survival horror because of the linear map design it's definitely ten times more survival horror than Re4 was. You rarely get a drop from an enemy, I'm playing on standard difficulty and keep running low on ammo which was never a problem for me in Re4 because the game knew when you had no ammo to a particular gun and it increased the drop of that ammo type. I'm not saying Re4 is bad, I liked it when I played through it but over the years I as a Resident Evil fan have grown to hate it because of how everyone claims it's the best Resident Evil game when it's hardly a survival horror game. Re4 has started the downfall of Resident Evil games for me. Re5 wasn't even a survival horror and don't get me started about Re6. I'm sorry if it doesn't make much sense, I'm pretty tired, and long posts aren't exactly my thing.
Hello! So a couple of weeks ago I bought re 3 remake and I absolutely loved it from the gunplay to the action and how gorgeous the game looked and now I'm thinking of getting resident evil 2 remake since it's on sale for 20 dollars but is it good? I'm looking for a game with horror and some action similar to re 3 with a good story too.
My favourite is probably RE2Remake and least favourite is probably Resident evil 5..
I just loved the graphics, the story and overall game mechanics in RE2Remake,
but on the Resident evil 5 that I played with a friend, I didn't enjoy the story or game mechanics that much. Some things were even confusing as to what to do with my friend.
Iβm replaying Resident Evil hd remake and it just seems so impossible without a guide. Unless you just replayed this like 5 times lol. Itβs incredible people were able to solve these puzzles and deal with the backtracking. Love the game though lol
What are peoples favourite RE games, not which one is best, which you like the most.
Playing it for the first time and I'm having a lot of fun :) it's cool that you have a partner that follows you around.
Still in the beginning but there's no chest to store things so I'm just dropping stuff down by save stations lmao
bio:apocalypse (resident evil in the west) - working title
project goals:
- 3rd person survival horror experience
- "innovative partner system"
- who is your friend or foe? (trusting system to find bioweapons in among your team)
- unite bio2 and bio:outbreak features to create sense of dread
- strictly sinlge player experience
- ghost town setting
- mimicry old folklore creatures like wendigo and goatman
- atmosphere to invoke deep primordial fear of the unknown and terror of deep forests (like in book "Ritual")
- final chapter to finish stories of old characters
- release window as of now is 2024- some beta-testers are looking into new systems right now
- early stages of development
Would be so much better if they implemented co-op play in the game in modern ports.
