A list of puns related to "Reintroduction"
Are yβall for it? Against it? On the fence? And if you are against it, why? Personally Iβm all for Wolf reintroduction, Iβve lived in wolf country on and near ranches and Iβve also lived in Colorado.
Although I know this isnβt happening and may never happen, how would everyone feel about the reintroduction of grizzlies?
Used ta listen to a couple artists before 2018. I got family in Toronto and they put me onto few artist way back but those guys not making noise no mo. I rocked with Halal Gang Smoke Puffy and Pressa I seen on BMWT back in β17. Also Robin Banks, French, and Loco City are artist who sound I like.
Who some new guys who got potential so far I found out about 17duvy from here nd heβs unique any other artist that are hard?
Overall I am over 7 weeks in, and went with Fructans first. I have suspected wheat being an issue for years, and know onions to be an issue and no idea about garlic.
Well, I definitely react to all three. First day I had tummy pains, reflux, gassy. By day 2 the lethargy hits me, like I wake up tired and need to go back to sleep for a few hours and have a brain fog.
Does anyone else react this way? I'm actually pleased with these results because it explains years of frustration of feeling so damned tired, but there being no medical reason.
Looking forward to the remaining weeks to get this sorted once and for all.
I'm interested to see what the prevailing opinion of r/canberra is at the moment regarding the reintroduction of some COVID restrictions today. Some people clearly feel that the high vaccination rate negates the need for restrictions, while others feel that there needs to be more restrictions due to rising case numbers. What do you think?
Whatβs your guys opinion about reintroducing predators in to the Scottish highlands Wolves,Lynxes,Bears and Elk -> (I know itβs not a Predator)
Iβm a week into reintroduction. However, itβs a few days before my period. I always bloat a lot in the 4-5 days leading up to my period and then for about a week after it starts.
My main issue that Iβm addressing with the FODMAP diet is bloating. So it feels pretty pointless to continue with reintroduction for the next 10 days so will have to just revert back to fully low FODMAP. Which is kind of frustrating because itβs going to extend the reintroduction phase much longer overall.
How do other people manage this?
Hi everyone! I have celiac and my nutritionist recommended I eliminate dairy (because of the close relationship between gluten and casein)for 30 days then reintroduce it. I reintroduced it and all my muscle and joints hurt, my head hurts, I have terrible gas, reflux, my skin feels like itβs burning, I am having terrible anxiety and like a racing heart. Is something horribly wrong with me or is this what happens with reintroduction?

... keep reading on reddit β‘I've always been interested in Louisiana and its French influenced culture for awhile. Obviously, the vast majority of the state no longer speaks French, but I'm aware that several programs have been implemented in an attempt to increase the state's French fluency levels. How successful have these programs been? Has there been a noticeable increase of French speakers in Louisiana or do people just forget it after awhile or what?
I'm sure this gets asked alot, but I did a search and couldn't find anything in the past year or more.
When doing reintroduction I'm following the Monash app for groups and suggested foods. Today is Fructans - wheat grains. Is it best to stick with only one food (ie. Wheat bread)? Or can I switch between days (ie. Wheat bread Day 1, couscous Day 2, etc - sticking with the suggested quantities, of course)? Or do I actually need to go through each suggested food separately (ie. Three days of wheat bread, three days of couscous, three days of wheat pasta)?
Also, if I pass a challenge, can I re-add it to my diet (after returning to lowFOD for the 3 washout days)? My dietician said the consensus is mixed / it's a bit of a grey area, so I would love to hear from other people's experiences - Thanks!
The price of a barrel of oil is likely to increase another 30 - 50% before the price is too high for demand to sustain the price.

If you look at gas prices of $1.50/L now, this 30 - 50% increase would result in $1.95 - $2.25/L. Not only this but there is going to be an increase in the carbon tax in January, which will add to the cost.
The cost of living is already too high for many Ontarians. With the elimination of the rebate towards electric cars, now would be a very nice time to have that back so that those who are willing can afford to switch to an electric or hybrid vehicle and save on this extra cost of gas.
I did some calculations a couple years ago, using I think somewhere around $1.20/L for gas prices, and found I would spend 1/8 of the cost on electricity for an electric car vs for gas at the same distance traveled. I spend about $6000 a year on gas right now. With his increase in gas prices I'm looking at $7,800 - $9000 instead.
With a rebate on electric cars, not only would it allow people to switch for environmental reasons, but also allow people to save a bunch of money now, and even more in the future.
Evil Strange in What If still possessed the time stone and if it is evil Strange in the MoM trailer could we potentially see our Strange being reunited with the time stone? Could the stones come back into play because of the multiverse or do you think they'll leave them alone?
Iβm on R1D40 and planning to start doing slow reintro after 45 days, beginning with legumes. My understanding is that I should add them to my diet, then wait 3 or 4 days (and go back to W30 during those 3 or 4 days) to see if thereβs a reaction. My question is, how many days do I add the food back in, and how often? All 3 meals for one day? Two days? And then, after I get the clear on that food, I can just include it in the rest of the reintro or do I have to cut it out again? So like this: Day 1-3: add lentils Day 4-6: whole30, no lentils Day 7-9: add peanuts (lentils also ok here now?) Day 10-12: whole30, are lentils ok here? Day 13-15: add 3rd food (are lentils and peanuts ok here?)
Am I thinking about this right? I read the introduction post on Real Simple Good and it left me more confused than anywhere else.
Benefits Iβve seen? More regular pass through. Was very irregular before and borderline constipation.
I know some will ask: why bother reintroducing? Lifestyle. Itβs not easy being gluten free when you donβt have much resources and u live in Asia, surrounded by so much gluten. From soy sauce to all the noodle meals!
A lot of talk from the big name streamers claim to want a battle royale. While I think a battle royale could be interesting, imagine how fun a reimagined, next gen version of fire fight mode would be. Especially if you gave it a story and set it apart from the campaign. Have your spartan or odst drop in from a drop pod to start the round. That would be so cool. Especially if they added some story elements similar to cod zombies that really got the community involved such as Easter eggs, with changes to fit the halo theme of course. I feel some pve multiplayer content would really draw a new crowd to Halo and give players another avenue to rank up the battlepass. Especially those who don't want to devote alot of time to sweating in multiplayer. It's just a thought, but I for one think this would be a great addition to infinite. Let me know what you guys think!
Just wondering if it's considered SWYPO if you're in the reintroduction phase and have completed your Whole30. Like, surely the Birch Blender's Paleo pancakes are SWYPO, but what are your thoughts on eating them during reintroduction? Same with Siete tortillas, etc.
I've seen people complaining about the parks use of domesticated goats and sheep in a steppe area. Sheep and goats are mountain animals in the wild, and domesticated ones are no different when feral. Will they all be picked off by predators, or will they adapt to become leaner and faster?
Back to feeling dejected about needing to always be the squeaky wheel. I donβt even really mind that we canβt eat dairy, that part doesnβt bother me. If he outgrows it, great. If he doesnβt, thatβs fine by me too.
But my family always acts confused and put out when I canβt eat the things theyβve made, despite MANY detailed conversations about what the allergy is and what counts as dairy. Iβm always polite about it and I bring my own foodβ¦ but I was so hoping that my one year old and I could eat Christmas dinner without attracting all that negative attention.
On the other hand, it is sort of vindicating in a wayβ¦? Iβve been second guessed so many times over the past year that I had started second guessing myself. We were never making things up or being dramatic, as everyone seemed to imply in the beginning. Even the pediatrician had told us his symptoms were normal for a newborn. Nope!
Well Iβm back to my good old friends at No Whey and Daiya this Christmas season I guess. Anyone else had a failed trial?
It's one of conservation's biggest success stories: after Denver voters welcomed the return of discount wolves, our fair city now boasts a healthy population of these misunderstood creatures.
Where's the best spot in town for bow hunting and when can I get my permit? Positive vibes ONLY, please! As a Native (namaste) I promise to use all the parts.
So the elimination phase was really hard for me and now I've started reintroductions, hoping to make the whole process easier bit by bit. But I think I had symptoms for both reintroductions I've tried so far and now I'm really sad and frustrated... π
I'm starting January 9th and would love to know! I know W30 is not a weight loss "diet" but I'm wondering if everything just balloons back up as soon as you start to slowing reintroduce foods.
Thanks for your help!
Hi all,
Looking for some advice. I have successfully completed the elimination phase of the diet, and have found a good reduction in symptoms. Now, I am into the reintroduction stage. However, the weekend after next I am going on a weekend trip where I won't have too much control over the food that I eat. It's out of my control - I have to go on this trip. I will, of course, try my best to remain low FODMAP, but I have a feeling it's going to be a pretty big slip up.
What is the recommendation here? After the trip, do low FODMAP, elimination stage again for a week or so/until symptoms are controlled and then continue tests?
I have been dealing with SIBO for several months now. After two rounds of xifixan, my symptoms are worse than they have ever been. My doctor recommended following the Low FODMAP diet after my first round of xifixan so I have been following it now for about 4 months. I have been stuck in the elimination phase since I still have daily symptoms. I understand that the elimination phase is short term and that reintroductions should be done after a few weeks of elimination. How in the world do we do introductions when SIBO causes daily symptoms no matter what we eat? Is the intent for those of us with SIBO to just stay in the elimination phase indefinitely (or at least we get rid of the SIBO)? I asked my doctor these questions but she didn't have the answers and just referred me to a dietician who wants to charge $100 per session which is way out of my budget. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
