Mungkin ada yang pernah dengar cerita ini. Cerita ini ada dalam banyak versi, tapi saya akan menceritakan versi yang paling legendaris saja.
"Alkisah di India zaman dahulu kala, ada sebuah raja kaya raya yang gemar bermain catur. Raja tersebut mengalahkan semua orang di penjuru negeri tersebut dalam permainan catur. Karena bosan, si Raja membuat sebuah sayembara bahwa bagi yang menang bisa memilih hadiah berupa perhiasan dan emas.
Pada suatu ketika, seorang pertapa datang dan mengajak Raja bermain catur. Sebelum permainan dimulai, Raja bertanya: "apa hadiah yang kamu inginkan jika menang?", dan si pertapa menjawab: "saya ingin 64 kotak papan catur ini diisi oleh biji beras dengan syarat nilai biji beras pada kotak berikutnya adalah 2 kali nilai biji beras kotak sebelumnya." Sang Raja terbahak-bahak dan menyanggupi permintaan tersebut.
Singkat cerita, Raja pun kalah dari pertapa tersebut. Dan Raja menyanggupi permintaan Pertapa. Kotak pertama diisi oleh 1 butir beras, kotak kedua 2 butir beras, kotak keempat 8 butir beras dst. Ketika mencapai kotak ke 16, sudah 32.768 butir beras yang harus ditaruh. Dan mencapai kotak ke 30, sang Raja pun sadar bahwa dia tidak bisa memenuhi permintaan sang Pertapa karena beras di gudang persediaan sudah habis. Masih ada 34 kotak lagi, dan setiap kotak adalah 2 kali lipat kotak sebelumnya.
Si pertapa pun berkata, "Tidak usah dibayar sekarang", dan si Pertapa pun menjelma menjadi Dewa Khrisna. Itupun sebabnya hingga saat ini ada tradisi di India pada hari tertentu yang memberi makan orang miskin dengan panganan beras untuk membayar "hutang" sang Raja kepada Khrisna."

Jadi, apa ada yg penasaran berapa jumlah beras di atas papan catur jika 64 kotak tersebut terisi dngn peraturan seperti di atas? Well, jumlahnya adalah... 18.446.744.073.709.551.615, atau 18 juta triliun butir. Setara dengan 210 miliar ton dan bisa menutupi seluruh India setinggi 1 meter. Hingga hari ini, produksi beras dunia kita belum mencapai nilai ini. Luar biasa bukan, mengingat semuanya berawal dari 1 butir beras saja.

Tuossa vastikään taloyhtiöni aulaan asennettiin pari kappaletta isoja näyttöjä toimimaan ilmoitustauluina. Näytöt on jaettu keskeltä kahteen alueeseen joista toisessa pyörii mainoksia ja toisessa näkyy talonyhtiön tiedotteita. Näytöt asentanut nimeltä mainitsematon firma ilmeisesti asentaa näitä näyttöjä veloituksetta taloyhtiöihin sillä ehdolla, että saavat pyörittää niissä omia maksettuja mainoksia.
Ei siinä että itseäni liikuttaisi tuo näyttöjen asennus, mutta se laittoi miettimään kuinka paljon nykypäivänä tuputetaan mainoksia joka luukusta. Rajoituksiahan on ilmeisesti sen suhteen mitä saa mainostaa (alkoholi, tupakka yms), mutta onko mitään sääntöjä sen suhteen missä saa mainostaa ja miten? Onko meillä kohta Blade Runner tyyliin valtavia hologrammeja talojen katoilla joissa heiluu henkilöt tuotteita esittelemässä?

How much of a GPUs core components outside of memory bandwidth are actually needed for mining? What parts inside a GPU could be completely stripped out or scaled way down without having any significant effect on hash rate? Is it possible to build a GPU the size of the die on an RX 6600xt or 5700xt at like 230-250mm2, but with the memory bus and memory bandwidth of an RTX 3080ti/3090?
I feel like if you could take something like an RX 6600xt, and remove all the unnecessary stuff for mining on it, such as video output, the media engine, and all L3 infinity cache cache, and then triple the memory controllers to make a 384 bit bus, 12GB card with 18gbps memory. How much compute do you actually need on a theoretical card like this? People are already underclocking these to sub 800-1000mhz rates, so it seems like even 3-4 TFLOPS is good enough to feed that card. I don't think this potential card would need even more than 10 TFLOPS if even that.
No one would want these cards once they are done being flogged to death, but if they can charge as much money for them as a current RTX 3070, while costing less to make than a 6600xt, and being as profitable as a 3090, it's a win either way. Especially since it'll make GPUs look bad for mining.
AMD and NVIDIA are really taking advantage of consumers as of late, NVIDIA dropping MSRPs on the high-end discrete GPU market and AMD taking advantage of the low-end discrete GPU market with their 6500XT launch. We really need a 3rd player in this market, so sick and tired of gamers being taken advantage of

Además, ya me convencieron. Desde chico me enseñaron a limpiarme con e m u l s i o n a d o que deja el papel como toallita humeda y las montañas suaves en su estrecho. ¿Recomiendan cambiar a toallita húmeda? y si es así, ¿cómo se usa, la paso unas veces y listongo? O tendría que experimentar visualmente o con las papilas gustativas incluso el papel para asegurarme de la limpieza.
Finalmente, ¿cuánto sale uno de estos bonitos bidés que se ponen en la taza?; esos aditamentos para el pobre que no tiene espacio. Estoy realmente considerando uno. Si no cuenten el truco del aseo potal en la tina y cómo hacerlo (qué posición ponerse, si me tengo que empelotar o qué para que funcione, etc).
I’m really surprised that Bill didn’t get into the lakers about their history of failure when they try to manufacture a super team. When they added Malone and Payton it imploded, when they added Nash and Howard it went worse, now they have added Anthony and Westbrook and it almost couldn’t be worse.
