I've called the embassy as well as various solicitors and notaries around my area here in Suffolk, and everyone is either equally confused, unhelpful, or downright rude. Trying to look into this on Google has been a total nightmare of business/tech jargon I can't decipher. The best I've found are a few companies that want me to sign on for an expensive year-long contract, and some sort of Slovakian webpage that says they can mail me a USB with the signature on it, which seems very untrustworthy.
All I need to do is put down one Qualified Electronic Signature one time. Where do I go? Who do I call? Someone please help me figure this out!
