A list of puns related to "Primus Inter Pares"
I've only recently heard of the assumed pre-eminence and universality of the HRE emperors among Catholic Europe in theory and diplomacy. I've long enjoyed studying medieval English history, including the international endeavours of its rulers and subjects. However in the key moments of that history the HRE, particularly its rulers, seldom features to my recollection. The only relationship that comes to mind is that of Empress Matilda, and even then her role in the 'story of England', for want of a better phrase, comes as the daughter of the King and, later, wife of Geoffrey of Anjou, not as the English royal now backed by the HRE.
Am I mistaken? If so where did it intervene or appear as the universal Catholic empire it supposedly claimed to be? Any insight would be appreciated.
Another one. Messaged about a sale post, said he was interested in buying. Opted for venmo, I gave venmo info and ghosted. No contact for 3 days or response to my follow up a day ago. Go figure, another newbie.
And yet very rarely do the other kings of Europe ever declare themselves as emperor despite controlling a vast territory. What was the relationship like between the Holy Roman Emperors and the other Catholic monarchs of Europe? Did they respect the idea of a universal Christianity under one emperor? And if so, why did they oppose him in international affairs? How can the Emperor claim universal jurisdiction outside of its own borders when all of Europe was never part of the Holy Roman Empire (as opposed to the Emperor of China who in fact did control all of China at one point in time)?
Euro Sun Mining is developing the Rovina Valley Project in Romania. The Feasibility Study (FS) of the project was delivered two months ago, and Euro Sun Mining is finalizing the last stages of the permission phase to have a first metal production as soon as 2024. There are three milestones that Euro Sun Mining should achieve before the construction starts. The first one is to sign the βAvizul de Oportunitateβ, which most probably will be signed this quarter. Then to complete the βUrbanization Certificate for Landβ and the βUrbanization Certificate for Projectβ. 30 days after the Urbanization Certificate for Project is granted, the construction of the mine can start. In parallel, the company should also fund the project. The FS foresees an annual production of 140 koz of gold, for more than 16 years, with a post-tax NPV (5% discount, gold price at $1550) of $359 M. Quite impressive for a company with a market capitalization of just CAD$71 M.
Filtering Evaluation of the Rovina Valley Project
Troilus Gold has performed a study filtering more than 3500 gold/silver pre-production projects. The only three companies passing all the filters are Artemis Gold, Sabina Gold, and, obviously, Troilus. Of course, they choose the filters, so if it is not positive to Troilus, they can simply remove it.
In any case, the chosen filters seem quite appropriated. Letβs check any of them with relation to Euro Sun Mining:
1.- Valid Economic Study since 2015: Euro Sun presented a PEA in 2019, and in March 2021 it was presented the Feasibility Study, and it is aiming for production in 2024. So Euro Sun Mining passes these criteria with solvency, and it is more advanced than Troilus itself.
2.- Projects with precious metal production higher than 50%:Β Euro Sun Mining is a gold-copper project, with an approximate ratio of 70/30 in favor of gold. So Euro Sun Mining passes with solvency this filter too. The presence of base metals increases the optionality of the project, and in the case of copper, the prospect is excellent.
3.- Project with LOM average production higher than 100 koz AuEq: The production will be of 106 koz of gold and 146 koz of

I googled the phrase "Primus Inter Pares" and it seems to be the motto of the 1st Air Defense Artillery Regiment, but I don't know much else about it. The helmet feels like it might be made of a kevlar-like material. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I already knew that would be the case, contrary to what some people thought would happen but it's still fun seeing it be the case.
Now where do I find myself a gif of my favourite shot?
Superman walking down Senate.
Tribune: Primus Inter Pares - Fantasy Flight Games
I have an opportunity to potentially buy this game on the cheap, but I am having a tough time finding reviews for it beyond things posted on BGG. I didn't see any mention of it on the Reddit Official Recommendation List, nor any posts about it on here (at least lately).
So I am basically wondering: Does anyone here own/play this game? If so, would you care to share your opinions about it? I play a lot of Dominion, Pandemic, Ticket to Ride, and Shadows Over Camelot- do you think I would like this game? Or, is it perhaps too similar to anything that I already play? Thanks everybody!

Edit: Grammar and exemplification.
