What do you folks think of this? It's a mix of watercolor, ink and paint on posterboard.. I really messed up that top right part prior to doing much else but just went with it.. debating trying to fix it somehow or just leaving it be and starting another.. anyway I call it self and other ☯️
I introduced my 65 year-old dad to Minecraft a few years ago. I'm back visiting home for a few weeks and he said he wanted to "show me something." He then brings this posterboard with a pieced-together map he created encompassing the world he was playing/exploring.
This time I'm satisfied with the way the roads look. This time I used posterboard and foam board for the roads. This time they are alot more durable and they were easier to make.

I tried flitetest scratch build and I can't find posterboard, can I replace it to cardboard?
I don't know how important posterboard before cutting polyfoam, some people around me just glued their printed blueprint to their polyfoam and just cut it out. Posterboard is unusual thing at the stationery shop in my neighborhood.

So I was standing outside the campsite bathrooms with an umbrella waiting for my wife, was reading the signs on the posterboard and a flash occurs, I run to the left and this is what I saw exactly where I was standing... (The electrical flashing lasted about a minute). Tree limb hit the powerline.
Posterboard Map Tiles
I am probably not the first to have done this, but... We usually use a table top digital display with minis but are remote on vacation this week, so I prepared these map tiles using an inkjet printer, poster board, spray mount, and an exacto knife so that we can continue our game. The tiles are split based upon rough line of sight so I can lay down additional pieces as the party reaches particular areas.
