A list of puns related to "Placeholder Text"
Perhaps some form of D&D style live game? Or perhaps HK multiplayer?
i'm no classics expert, but i took a few years of latin and it always confused me that the text seems to translate into nonsense. wikipedia says that the lorem ipsum placeholder text was taken from a work by cicero, but the placeholder isn't a complete fragmentβit's just random selections.
why do programs like photoshop and premiere use the lorem ipsum placeholder? if they just needed random words to fill a void, couldn't they have used a living language?
Hi,
I would love to change the aspect of many textboxes to placeholder in the master, without having to create a new textbox. How can I do that?
As per heading. We're wrestling with this (see screenshot) there seems no way to be able to remove the: First level, second level, third level text. It makes creating master slides a nightmare if wanting to use multiple body styles on a page.
Does anyone have a workaround? I'm currently having to make these in Keynote and import.

The description on the news page of the website has been replaced with the "Lorem Ipsum" placeholder text, and the news articles (example linked here) have been changed to excerpts of Franz Kafka's "The Metamorphosis".

Hi all
I'm looking for a way to automatically replace placeholders with text upon export.
So let's say I write a standard tekst like this:
Hello {{{Name}}}
I would then be able to, upon export, replace {{{Name}}} with whatever I define it as at that moment.
Is anything like that available? Or any pointers on what to search for?
EDIT: Found out it's called Macro's. See comment below.
Please see the comparisons from firefox version 83 to firefox version 92. I've tried many css work arounds, including an older one to force on focus to make the text disappear to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The original Lorem Ipsum was written by Cicero during the last days of the Roman Republic, so how this writing of a renowned roman became the synonym of generic random text? why it was chosen? How became so popular?
Since HAL has called this next game the βpinnacle of Kirbyβ and the βnew eraβ Iβm just gonna go ahead and say what everyoneβs thinking. Weβre going 3D!
The time is right, and HAL has been testing the waters for a minute now, but I honestly think itβs time for the the first 3D mainline Kirby game.
I donβt think it has to be like Mario Odyssey, but if Iβm gonna place my bets, I think itβs gonna basically be like Mario 3D World. Itβll keep the linearity while also giving us a new perspective.
Hopefully itβs still co-op and has some pretty good length to it. I also donβt think they should drop mixing copy abilities either. Keep it in and make them even better. I think mixing abilities should be a staple of the series. They can still add other gameplay elements as well
I wanna hear what yβall think this next game is gonna be about as well.

I basically want the default colour to be a bit faded before a user enters a value and darker after?
On other input fields I know that you can style the placeholder to an extent but I don't know how to do it for a date field because its not really a placeholder
