A list of puns related to "Pi Beta Phi"
I am asking that all sorority women, but especially my Pi Beta Phi sisters, join us in demanding better from our national organization.

A few days ago on r/Sororities, u/ioz983 posted a call to Pi Beta Phi to be better, in response to their Facebook post regarding the Black Lives Matter movement.
Pi Phi's post in question:
> Dear Sisters,
>In the last few days, many members offered heartfelt pleas that the Fraternity do more to address the civil unrest that is capturing headlines. As the leadership of the Fraternity, we want you to know you were heard. Let us say what we should have said in our last post: Our Black sisters and friends are valued and have our commitment.
>Pi Beta Phi has traditionally not made statements on social issues; not because we donβt agree or that members donβt believe the issues are worthy of our attention and efforts, but because for some members, such a stance is not the role of their Fraternity. However, we know we cannot stay silent. When we found the words to represent our more than 300,000 members, some felt our statement was not bold enough, uncaring or uninvested. This is our pledge: Together we can and will do more.
>Addressing issues of diversity and inclusion have been, are, and will remain a priority for Pi Beta Phi. In recent months, weβve spent time understanding and listening, identifying opportunities and testing solutions in which many of you have been a part. Your vigor encourages us to move faster toward outcomes.
>We do not have all the answers. Your engagement will be critical in helping us find those answers, heal wounds and come out stronger. Continue to share feedback here: bit.ly/PBPfeedback
>Pi Beta Phi builds confident women leaders - leaders the world needs right now. We implore all members to take an active role in fulfilling our commitment to contribute to the betterment of society and we hope you hold your Fraternity accountable to the same.

In a previous Facebook post, they had included a link to a comment form, which I completed and submitted. Today, I received an email from them stating the following:
> Dear Sisters,
>Thank you for your thoughtful and honest feedback. We are committed to personally responding to each one of your messages, and we ask for your grace in getting through all the submissions. Please know, we h

So I recently got emails to attend informational meetings to the engineering honor society (Tau Beta Pi) and the national honor fraternity (Phi Sigma Pi) and I was wondering if anyone had any real experience with either or both. I have basically 0 interest in joining a standard frat, but I figure an honor society could be beneficial and cool.
However, I know a lot of these organizations are just basically scams that take ur money and do nothing. From what I've seen online, PSP seems to be just that. But TBP seems to be a legit organization. Does anyone have any info on these organizations?
Also, if both of these suck are there any actual good honor societies on campus?
There are some basic rules to this;
(1.) The aim of the thread is to only talk about the sorority in the title. Wait until itβs that sororityβs turn to roast them.
(2.) Put some effort in; "Lol Zeta" and "Who?" aren't roasts, they're a TSM comment section post at best.
(3.) If you have a story/roast about a chapter at your school, that's fair game. Roasts don't have to be about the sorority on a national scale.
(4.) We're going in alphabetical order, but some smaller sorority might get paired with a bigger one.
(5.) This is for fun. Donβt be a geed and get pissed off over Internet comments.

Does it look good on resumes and/or is it seen as legit? Do you felt it was beneficial and worth the time? Any information would be appreciated! Thanks!
Hey yβall I just got an email to try to recruit me to the phi sigma pi national honor fraternity. I was wondering if any of yβall had done this and enjoyed it or had any experience with it whatsoever?
Hey everyone, wanted to share this podcast episode about a program that Pi Beta Phi at Toledo does called Mocktails / Mock Trial. It was created in memory of a sister who was killed by a drunk driver and is a flagship program for the UT Greek community. It has several thoughtful, well-orchestrated components that set it apart, I think.
Full disclosure: this is a podcast I produced, but this was cleared with the mods before posting. As a former consultant for my HQ and a long-time advisor, I know Greek Life does a lot of good, but there aren't enough positive stories being proactively shared out into the world. Especially with all the negativity in the media lately, hopefully you'll find this to be a breathe of fresh air and maybe even a source of inspiration for creating a comparable event on your campus. Thanks!
