(Not in the transcription): So I have been extremely lackadaisical on my Reddit postings, but I think I have been able to carve out time to increase my postings and really be part of the communities. But honestly
Shit has been busy as fuck.
So instead of a babbling update, I figured I would share some of the things I've learned during this time I think will best benefit maybe 1 of yall.

The very first thing I have learned after starting Off/Source is how to move fast. Everyone says you have to move fast. Everyone talks about speed, especially when talking about startups, but how do you move fast? I think it's tough for many people, and I've learned how to move fast throughout this time and how you move fast is you have to do it (no Nike pun intended).
I think of it as being able not to judge what you do. I do the first thing that comes to my mind. I always say I don't know what I'm sometimes doing. I usually do the very first thing that I think should happen. (based on my research and experiences), And I try to do it as fast as possible so that I can move on to the next thing that I think should happen, and that is how I go fast. Not everything you're going to do is something you should be doing, but it becomes clearer what you need to do, especially as you have a game plan.
So if you have a game plan, that makes it ten times easier to go fast. You know what you have to do, and now you have to focus on doing it. Often, we become lost in our minds and think, how will I get this done? Literally, think about what you think is the best action to take, and then take it. It doesn't even have to be perfect because you have the chance to redo it.
Especially in particular work, like if a spreadsheet is ugly, fix it. Everything on the internet is fixable. That's, that's the first thing I learned, how to go fast.
The second thing I've learned is hard for me to put in a category, but it is how to give direction to a hire. I ever so hard-headily learned you have to provide explicit instructions. You can never expect someone to read your mind, know what you're thinking, or execute upon very little information. I want to talk to my aunt on the phone because she reminds me to do my work, but I told my mom this and she said "don't be stupid, I can't stand it." I know it helps. I can't be the only one holding myself accountable. And now I'm frustrated because I know it would help me a lot. It also motivates me more because someone else is thinking about it too. My mom knows I couldn't do online school, so I don't know why she thinks I can do asynchronous learning right now. She constantly criticizes me for not having my work done now and it just makes me feel really bad and now I get frustrated when I just think about my work. Part of her doesn't even believe that I have ADHD, so when I seem to have problems with it she doesn't even try to understand. What can I do to get her to understand that I'm actually trying to get my life together but I just can't seem to focus anymore? I was diagnosed as a kid, but she doesn't even want me to get screened for ADHD again. I can tell when I'm procrastinating, but sometimes I genuinely just can't get anything done. Then she gets mad at me because she also has ADHD but never had such a problem. I also generally focused well during school, but I'm having a really hard time this year. I lost a schedule I have had since I was like 8 and I can't seem to do anything right anymore. Not to mention that this is all happening in high school where everything gets harder. I feel like this was all over the place and I didn't properly phrase what I intended to say, but I have to go do my work now. Any advice on how to get her to understand that just because she doesn't have this problem, it doesn't mean that it can't possibly be related to ADHD? That I'm not just trying to be a failure? That I might actually need some help or support for this?
I dunno what I'm going to say, I'm afraid of lacking interesting things to say, or a personality.
I don't want to be fake. I want this to be special to me, even if I don't end up attracting anyone at first. I've collected so, so many games and never experienced them because I was sick of playing alone, and now I can at least share the experience of games old and new.
This isn't an invitation to visit my channel, because of the rules, and because I just need to say it out loud to whoever cares to listen in this virtual void. I have to do this, for the past me that couldn't afford to. For my own convictions, for proving that I can do it, and for pushing myself to kick fear to the curb and JUST DO IT. No Nike puns, no Shia references, I mean to do it.
Actually yeah, make it a Shia reference - not letting my memes be just dreams.

So I ordered a watch as a gift from Nike. This was what I got when I opened the package from UPS. At least whoever did this was courteous enough to leave me the boxes.
