I've noticed that a lot of the important things happen in N5 (Sagara becoming king, Leez's village gets destroyed, Brilith summons Agni, Gandharva clan is attacked, Carte...) but I don't understand in which order it all happens. Does a timeline for this year exist? If it doesn't how do you think all of this happens?
Edit: I think I worded the last sentence wrong. What I meant is do you have an idea about how some of this events happened not when. Sorry.
Hi all,
I'm looking for a.reputable online Japanese course with the aim of taking JLPT N5 mid year and N4 in December.
Preferably paid, with real teachers to keep me motivated and accountable, provide feedback etc, and a certificate upon completion etc.
I know some basic Japanese, but not enough to pass N5. Looking to eventually get to N2 level by end of next year as I'd like to move back there at some point in the next few years.
For the few of us who attemped the N5, how did it go ?
I personally thought the vocab was quite easy and the grammar/reading was okay, however I had quite some troubles with the listening and hope that I'll get the minimal points to still pass
Currently I know all of the n5 vocab and kanji and barely any n4 vocab but since there’s 180 days until my next local test I think there’s time for me to learn the n4. Also I really struggle with listening in particular so does anyone know of any good listening resources?
I am currently using these books for studying N5 • Minna no nihongo • Japanese from zero! 5 • Genki Kanji Workbook
other learning materials • flashcards kanji from grade 1-6 • A dictionary of basic japanese grammar • Japanese Dictionary from Random House Pub. • 2500 Kanji Dictionary for foreigners learning Japanese for vocabularies I watched compiled vocabs thru youtube videos
Is this enough for N5/N4 level?
Also, what do you learners use for verb conjugation, keigo, culture, BJT and so on?
Previous post might give you some more context.
N5 notice has been delivered to me today in regards to my refusal of the ridiculous utility bill.
I know I don't have to move out, and I know it's now going to go to LTB. However, outside the eviction, can they still come after me for the $17.5k? I really didn't use this much water. It is impossible. Something must be broken in this old ass house and I am so frustrated that no one can find out why this happened....
In the AMD accelerated Data Center keynote, Lisa Su claimed that they "worked with TSMC to optimize 5 nanometer for high performance computing" and listed these figures over current TSMC N7
Density: 2x
Power efficiency: 2x
Performance: 1.25x
According to official TSMC figures N5 offers 1.8x logic density, -30% power or +15% performance improvement over N7. N5P has the same density and adds -10% power or +5% performance over N5. These numbers are a little different from AMD's 5nm claims and we have always assumed that AMD is planning to ship their new generation chips on the base N5 (not N5P)
How do you think that AMD came up with those figures? Have they worked with TSMC on an optimized and slightly different 5nm process for their designs?
