Below is the cipher. I have already put lots of time into it and therefore have some clues that might be able to help; however, I still may be wrong. So far from various hints given to crack it I believe that the method of encryption itself is an affine cipher, but before it can be decoded this message must be simplified somehow. By simplify, I mean that most of the text is probably paddng of sorts and that the meaningful characters must be seperated from the rest somehow. I also believe that the number of characters, 230, the characters per block, 5, and the number of blocks of five, 46, bear some importance.

Is it just me or does it feel like JYP have dropped the ball on the next realise of the monograph for βFormula of Loveβ they always seem to come out not that long after promotions have ended.
Also for the βYes I Amβ series that seems to be super sporadic as to who or when they are due to come.
Anyone have any ideas on these, Iβm sure someone might have some insider knowledge π

Since peer-review is not sufficient as a parameter because the study, even if it is serious, may come to controversial conclusions or sometimes it happens that academic presses publish some mediocre work (it can happen even to the best presses).
I was wondering, as a layman, how can I know if a monograph (i.e., its arguments and interpetrations) is accepted by scholars?
Before reading a monograph I would like to accept that it is accepted by scholars.
