IIRC, a tank would stand on one side to turn the boss and everyone else would stand on the other side to avoid the boss's AOE attacks. If you were close enough, the boss would not hit you with the high damage doom skull attack.
Is that not how it is supposed to work? I tried standing at the edge of the platform on the other side of the boss today and he kept hitting me with doom skulls anyway. This happened even during the first phase before the skull mobs spawned. How are you even supposed to survive the skull attacks? On LN, they do 1k+ evil damage and its obviously much higher on higher difficulties. Or are you not supposed to get hit in the first place?
And i think you are supposed to do the trap boxes in the second phase?
Long story short, I was homeless for a few years in my early 20s though I fortunately got myself out of it. Well I'm now in my 40s and unfortunately due to bad mental health and a few other reasons I've lost everything again, money, job, apartment and so on. Is there anything vital I should know about being homeless in this day and age?

The show turned out being terrible, and the one bit of foreshadowing, was it cut? Guess they just really needed more time for nipple twisting.

So IIRC the Protomolecule was found embedded in a meteor crater on Phoebe, it had been flung here from interstellar space millions of years ago.
After finding it a group of nutbags ran some experiments, partly to see what it was and partly to consider using it as a bioweapon. Skipping over some details with the Anubis and the Scopuli the whole of Eros was taken over by the protomolecule. Later the entire moon of Eros starts moving like a ship and ends up burning up in the atmosphere of Venus. This burst of energy helps the protomolecule mass to finish it's mutation and take on its final form as a Ring Gate to the interstellar network.
The theory goes that some ancient race of aliens created and programmed the protomolecule to be a fully autonomous self assembling Stargate. The aliens clearly didn't plan for Jules Pierre Mao to set up a twisted bioweapon experiment with injections of protomolecule extracts and gamma radiation exposure. So what was the original plan for the protomolecule?
Was it supposed to land on prehistoric Earth and quietly infect a small part of the ecosystem. It needs to absorb biological materials and energy in order to start it's transformation and primitive Earth is full of it. Without the restrictions of a spaceship environment the protomolecule could have spread like a fungus through a forest and reached the critical mass on its own. Eventually a few hundred square miles of protomolecule forest would spontaneously fly up into space and form the Ring Gate.
Is that right? In other star systems the Ring Gate presumably forms long before intelligent life and it's only our star system where something went wrong and the process was delayed until we colonised space. Right?

I stopped reading WoT a while ago after Crossroads of Twilight. I kept meaning to go back to it but I've never done it. I'm very keen to finish the series, I've heard time and time again how the ending is so good. The trouble is, while I remember the major plot points, I've forgotten most of the little nuanced stuff and the minor storylines. And I'm worried the ending won't feel as satisfying if I can't put everything together. So I was wondering if there's anywhere I can go for a spoiler free and in depth summary of the books? I was going to try the Tor rereads but the first post mentions there will be spoilers. I've somehow managed to keep myself in the dark about what happens at the end (so far!), and would like to keep it that way. Would be grateful for any suggestions please!

I personally have dealt with glitches, weapons not working properly but I see a lot of people having the same issues or issues with ranking, progression, etc. and it feels like this game was not ready to come out. Yes, I’ve had my fun playing Infinite but the amount of negativity in this game is making me not wanna play it anymore.

I read 1-5 a few months ago and got A Light In The Mist for Christmas, I want to refresh my memory without seeing spoilers for the 6th book! The wiki has nothing and the bookshop blurbs are too vague lol. Feel like I might be asking the impossible!
This is your list folks. I like some of these bottles but none of them is particularly special. There isn't a damn thing I can't live without on that list. Lots of other delicious bottles, often for cheaper. They literally took everyone's healthcare insurance away in the middle of a pandemic over a labor dispute. By basic, I mean the type of information a first-year or primary school student might take in the subject.
I ask because as a senior I feel I've gone this hole of increasingly more detailed and niche areas of the subject.
When people ask me broad questions about the subject I don't remember it that well. And also even myself I've started to forget about some of the interesting subfields now that I'm pretty specialized.
As we all know, this show is sinfully far behind in terms of filming and airing. Must be a TLC thing, since SSW and 19KAC/Counting On were always the same way. Anyway, I love that we see some things play out on Instagram (or other social media) in real time that kinda spoil the show a bit. Which brings me to my question:
We saw on Janelle's and on Garrison's IGs that Garrison bought an RV to flip ("a camping trailer" I think she called it) and some of the results of the flip. We also saw Janelle (and definitely Savannah, but unsure about the boys) move onto Coyote Pass into an RV.
SO. Is this the same RV? Did she live in the one Garrison flipped? Or two different RVs and the boys are living elsewhere after all?
I'm trying to go back through old IG and Reddit posts and try to decipher all of this. Any of these options is certainly telling given Kody's absolutely absurd suggestion that Janelle kick Garrison out.
I want to have fun, get all the toys, bells and whistles this time around! Spoilers welcome. The first time I played through I focused on the story and hunting. But I know I missed a ton, treasure hunting, hidden Easter eggs, special weapons or horses? Any funny or awesome NPC encounters, I want it all!

I recently downloaded DMCSE4 and I was baffled when I could not dash 3 times with Trickster.
I remember this move being in DMC3 and then in DMC4.
Am I remembering incorrectly, or did they actually nerf Trickster in DMC4 SE?
If so, did they nerf or buff anything else in SE? I am interested only in the differences between DMC4 and DMC4 SE.

The most game breaking thing for me in GTA IV and V is that your cars don't save properly on your garage, sometimes they disappear

If you take them with you to a mission and the mission forces you to use another vehicle so you have to leave them out in the street... Boom they're gone forever
If you take them for a ride but accidentally die... Boom they're gone forever etc
Only GTA Online has it figured out(which only shows that rockstar is aware of it but chooses to do nothing in order to keep gta online with superior gameplay mechanics
But anyway, was san andreas like that or could you just chill and keep your vehicles?

A few weeks ago, I heard a loud snap come from one of the pedals after not using them in a while and I was moving the whole thing to clean around there under my desk. Now I am trying to remember if they are supposed to be springy or not when using the toe brakes, They still work, they default rest sitting up instead of forward down, There is no resistance when tilting them forward down as one would for braking.

The big bad (Woshis) and what exactly he was trying to do? What was up with his homunculi followers and turning them into those flying deity-like figures? I’m sure it was explained in-game, it’s just been too long and my memory is super rusty as a result.
