I had some work done on my Encore grinder at the Baratza repair center. While they had it in I asked them to install the M2 burr as well. I realized though that I can't actually tell the difference between the old burr and the M2 upgrade. I forgot what the original burr looks like and they did not include it in the return shipping to me. Here is a photo of the unit after I've gotten it back from Baratza. Is that the M2 burr in there or the original that comes with the Encore?
