It is weird to me because all L/XL ships have some ship capacity if it has docks for that size, but only carriers use this capacity, or am I reading those stats wrong?

I have a chipped the bottom portion of the bolt carrier on my Scar L. Do the two Scar share the same bolt carrier?
Does anyone have problem with getting carriers to manufacture missiles for themselves(not docked ships) or aux ships to supply destroyers with missiles?
I have the missile blue print, 3 types of resources, resupply setting on low/med/high, (different types of supply ship/sector order for aux ships) and they don't do anything for L ships. The S/M ships are getting supplied by their docked carrier or aux ship in fleet.
Granted I am running VRO but the author has confirmed there's no change in missile resupply. I've seen forum post about terran/universal construction method interfering with the 'get supplied order'. I've tried both construction method and my carrier/aux doesn't have problem getting supplies, its the making missile for self and L ships thats the problem.
Anyone on here do P&D for R&L? Thinking about going to work for them in the spring. Good company to work for? Expectations? Let me know
