This December, Mike will hit the road with guitarist Leo Kottke for an eagerly awaited run of dates. The brief tour β which marks the duoβs first live run together in more than 16 years β begins December 8 at Munhall, PAβs Carnegie of Homestead Music Hall and continues through late December. Ticket pre-sales begin today at select venues; general on-sales for all dates get underway this Friday, October 8 at 10AM ET.

Some time ago, I came across a website where someone had transcribed and made available texts of a slew of Leo Kottke's bits of between-number patter.
I love his stories, and have been ranging about on the 'net trying to find that--or a similar--webpage.

Working off the earlier post about Taylor Swift, I want to direct everyoneβs attention to her latest album. The music on there is damn good. The song I have in mind is called Willow.
I know a lot of people have strong opinions of Phish and jam bands in general, but Mike is an outstanding bassist and his collaborations with Leo Kottke are wonderful.

I've been a big fan of his guitar style for a long time. I've found the occasional album here and there. I was excited to find this at Goodwill. I was even more excited to see that it appears to be signed (twice). I assume it's legit (I mean why fake his signature). Either way I had to share - keep diggin'.
