A list of puns related to "Kidulthood"
What's good, people. Kidulthood is a pure classic, I love it. So I went through the whole movie and took bare vocals, percs and chops to make a sample pack that I could throw in tunes. I figured I may as well put it out there. Just comment if you enjoy it or if you think it's arse.

So idk how many have seen the two British films. I watched them a long time ago but they stuck with me as I saw them when I was about the actors in the first movies.
Kidulthood appears at first to be a day in the life of two a group of kids. In fact there could even be parallels drawn to the movie kids. I don't want to spoil too much because the films. Are worth seeing. Like in kids it shows adolescents dealing with an issue that I'd hard Enough to deal with as an adult, but the trouble is enhanced due to their age. However the end of both films are also similar in that they conclude with the circumstances escalating to a tragedy . Kidulthood differs in there is a clear antagonist throughout the movie, something I belive kids lacks.
Adulthood flips the script with the clear antagonist from the first being the protagonist/anti hero from kidulthood. It shows the results that the tragic events from the first one had on the characters from the first one. It deals with a theme of redemption.
Both take place over the course of one day. As the titles suggest the films show the transcendes from adolescents to adulthood. I thought that they were shot with a realistic feel. They are British films taking place in London. I don't see them discussed ever.
Has anyone else seen these two films? I am going to watch them again tomorrow to reevaluate them. I can't say much about the technical aspects of them right now. Hope you guys can share your thoughts!
Technically speaking so far I'm noticing that it does what spike Lee did in 25th hour with the trunk part where it will show multiple shots of the same scene if that makes sense.
Also noticing some themes of adolescent problems such as friendships changing, bullying, and some gangster crime elements. Great films watching kidulthood now. Also seeing some themes about racism in England
I got massive flashbacks in episode 2 at the party at Aimees house. Isn't it the exact same house where trife gets killed by Sam in that movie ? Or am I remembering it wrong.
It took a resolution to figure out that the statement "go back to where you came-from" is a racist statement.
I wonder how many millions were spent trying to figure out what anyone who has been victimized by racism and any genuine mature thinker knows in their hearts.
The real crisis in the USA is the extreme credulity of the working-class.
In a hypothetical society of rational thinkers, it's not conceivable that one of Trumps character would be considered to lead the country.
Trump is everyones in the USA. We are all Trump in the USA.
It is an imperative that you examine the narrative of Nancy Pelosi.
Her logic is on the same level as Trump. Pelosi uses language at the same education level, and has the same opportunistic motivation of pandering to the ideological base.
The issue before us is that the US working-class is stuck at an adolescent level of moral reasoning.
If your ideology doesn't say that, it's because it functions only on that level as well.
Watch democrats and notice the narrative has not changed since the last election.
Ask democrats what lessons they learned from the loss of the last election.
The lessons learned from the last defeat is not part of their narrative.
Clinton and Pelosi function within the same ideological narrative, the character of which is level II stage three of moral development.

Excerpts:
"Stages (of moral development) cannot be skipped; each provides a new and necessary perspective, more comprehensive and differentiated than its predecessors but integrated with them."
"it is extremely rare to regress in stagesβto lose the use of higher stage abilities."
"Conventional Level II The conventional level of moral reasoning is typical of adolescents and adults. To reason in a conventional way is to judge the morality of actions by comparing them to society's views and expectations. The conventional level consists of the third and fourth stages of moral development. Conventional morality is characterized by an acceptance of society's conventions concerning right and wrong. At this level an individual obeys rules and follows society's norms even when there are no consequences for obedience or disobedience. Adherence to rules and conventions is somewhat rigid, however, and a rule's appropriateness or fairness is seldom questioned."
Stages can not be skipped.

One thing interesting about the film Kidulthood and Adulthood was the character Sam played by Noel Clarke. Sam is a very unsympathetic character in the first film, he bullies a young girl into suicide, terrorises the area and eventually murders the films protagonist at the end in a particularly brutal way.
Yet despite this, Sam is by the second film Adulthood, the protagonist. He is now a reformed character and the antagonists are now basically everyone in the area who wish to gain vengeance on him for his despicable acts in the first film.
Sam gains his humanity and is now hunted by those he used to terrorise who have in turn lost their humanity.
Does any other film series do this where not only does the antagonist become the protagonist in the second film but those who were the protagonists in the first film become the antagonists.
I just thought it was an interesting set up whereby the villain becomes the protagonist and all of the other protagonists becomes antagonists.
