Hey people,

Question to U.S citizens who flew to Ukraine via Amsterdam in the last few weeks?

I just was told by someone who I know, that they were barred to board a flight from the U.S to AMS to make their further connection, they had a negative PCR test in their hands and didn’t plan to leave AMS airport. They said that U.S citizens are not allowed to board planes to AMS at the moment.

I can’t find any information online which will prove this claim, I also sent a message to KLM online support and was on the phone line for 4+ hrs yesterday w/o an answer. I have a flight to KBP via AMS in the near future and trying to understand if I should cancel my flight if the claim above is true. Official website says that as long as I am fully vaccinated, with a negative PCR test, and transiting via AMS - I should be fine, but the experience of my acquittance says otherwise.

My primers were designed for a ~2 kbp long gene I found on NCBI Taxonomy Browser that matched my species, but I still somehow got a PCR product half of that size. I put both primers into BLAST and they both matched to 1) 607 AA glucoamylase and 2) 267 AA sugar dehydrogenase. The glucoamylase is what I originally designed my primers for. The recombinant protein decreased 620 nm absorption of starch + iodine solution. I don't think a sugar dehydrogenase should be causing amylose degradation. I'm not really sure what to make of these results, and repeating the experiment isn't an option.

Hey I was looking at different ways to get from the airport to my apartment. I’m arrived about 8pm-ish on Sunday. Just seeing if taking the subway would be the cheapest and easiest way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. And I know not to use the taxis unless it’s a the official taxis. I just rather take the train. I’m staying in the city center of that helps.

Where can I download it?

So far I've tried the following:

1. Thought it was my ISP -> tried using VPN, makes little difference.
2. Have tried resetting my router.
3. Have tried FTP and SFTP connections, using both ports 21 & 22. Have tried different FTP clients, still no luck :(

Does anyone have all of uzis released songs and unreleased in 192 kbps or higher? or know how? everytime i download a song its either 129 or 128 kbps

I wanna download a song from YouTube (because it isn't available on spotify) so I went to a YT to mp3 site and when I put the vid I want it asks what kbps I want to convert it to. Found out yt is like 126kbps but I heard 360kbps is higher quality, my question is if I convert a yt vid to 360kbps would it ruin the audio? Should I just download as it is? Thanks in advance

I just moved to a converted former doctor's office that has no access to normal internet options according to Mediacom and Century Link, the only options in my area.

That leaves me with using a phone plan or possibly satelite.

Google Fi offers 22gb of tethering that throttles to 256kbps.

Would that be enough for good SC2 performance? Before or after the throttling?

I don't know how much using a hotspot effects the consistency or how much data SC2 uses in multiplayer. Whenever I search for the answer, all I get are posts about streaming SC2 which would of course take up a ton of bandwidth.

I don't think I'd mind a throttle connection if I could still play SC2. I'm guessing that I'll find out the experience will be unplayable though... Maybe someone has a better idea? It's crazy to me that I moved into a place without regular dsl options...

If you use a newer version of Mac software, Spek is not compatible with that.

Most of the music that I listen to is 300 kbps AAC since my music source is a 256gb iPod touch.

I can play ALAC (Apple Lossless) but I found then files are about twice as large.

So storage capacity is a concern for me since 256gb isn’t huge.

I’m also doubtful I can even hear the difference if I go with ALAC.

Can anyone honestly hear the difference?

For the past month now, my streams have been going from perfectly stable around 5000 kbps to randomly dropping down to 200 or 0 at times, then back up a few moment later. I've been streaming for 3 years and never once had this issue. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello, why are my audio extractions at 128 kbps? I have a professional license of 4K youtube to mp3, and the videos are in 1080p.
