A list of puns related to "Jelgava"
Jelgavas-ielas.lv ir lapa par Jelgavas ielām. Lapā ir visu Jelgavas ielu saraksts un to nosaukumu izmaiņu vēsture. Bez tam katra iela ir nofotografēta. Fotogrāfijas ir taisītas desmit gadus atpakaļ, tātad tām jau būtu vēsturiska nozīme, ja vien attēli nebūtu sīkā 800x600 pikseļu izmērā. Tagad attēli ir kļuvuši lielāki un skaidrāki.
Un vēl - ir pārstrādāta Jelgavas apkaimju lapa: http://jelgavas-ielas.lv/apkaimes/. Apkaimju ģerboņi tagad izskatās vienkārši lieliski.

So long story short, I got selected to do a minor abroad at the Food Technology faculty of the LLU in Jelgava. I am having some doubts on going so I would love to hear some pros and cons about the city, activities and overall life over there!
Hello all,
I am currently in Latvia with my partner and baby introducing our little one to his Latvian grandparents.
I need to fly back to the UK and need a pcr test to do so. I found that you can get tests at Riga Airport but there is no listing for how long the result takes. In the UK its between 24 and 48 hours (but our services are crap)
Does anyone know if I can get the pcr test in jelgaba or do I need to drive to Riga to do the test the day before? I have tried calling the lab at the airport but after being on hold for 5 minutes the line hangs up on me.
Many thanks!
Jelgava has been delayed by 24 hrs, stand by
Next year's summer semester I will be on Erasmus for Food Technology at the LLU. I am aware the LLU can supply me with an accomodation at its dorm. However I am wondering if anyone has experience with these dorms and if there are (better) alternatives :)
Hi,
I have been selected to do a semester at the LLU in Jelgava Latvia! I would love to come in contact with people who are going as well or have been there and would like to share their stories and experiences!
Hey everyone!
I've spent the last and my best ever semester in Latvia on Erasmus, after a long period of processing (mostly grief, but the editing took a while too) I'm finally closing in to being able to present this disaster, which I call an aftermovie (this is the first part).
If you happen to have a weak nervous system / the inability to stand scurrilous sights and sentences, I encourage you to watch only like the first 5 seconds of this.
ERASMUS AFTERMOVIE - JELGAVA, LATVIA - 2019 - PART 1
If you liked it, you can check out my other videos (I've started "vlogging" in the second half of the semester).
