IL-10 is the only anti-inflammatory interleukin that know of :) It inhibits the expression of molecules like IL-2 and TNF alpha which participate in inflammation. Selfhack has a page on it as well:

Interestingly, type I regulatory T cells help create oral tolerance to food antigens like proteins by expressing IL-10. The induction of these helper cells from naive T cells is also aided by IL-10 I think increasing levels of IL-10 could help with our symptoms. The web page has a list of pros and cons of IL-10 and possible ways to control it.
Hi! So I ( 35 F) got bit over the summer. Did my month of Doxy and hoped for the best. A month after doxy the symptoms returned.
Background: Over the past couple years I have been trying to figure out some of my auto inflammatory issues (pre lymes). I am also deficient in Mannose Lectin Binding ( body can't fight off bacteria as well as a normal person ). I happened to get tested for my inflammatory issues when the lymes symptoms popped up again and had increased interleukin levels . Of course now I don't know what is causing what
Has anyone gotten their interleukin/ inflammatory levels tested when they had lymes symptoms?
Thanks!

What they showed is CD8 cell formation / genesis is IL2 dependent in meningitis. In other words, just as Inovio has proven with melanoma with βbricktellβ (I believe that was the name of the company we did the trial with in 2019), DNA antigens in tandem with interleukin administration trigger potent and durable CD8 cellular activation. And putting 2 and 2 together it seems that every week a new study is coming out linking CD8 dysfunction to autoimmune disease and cancer severity in individuals.
Itβs only a matter of time before the BP Dam comes crashing down and they are forced to accept what we already know.
Boring! I know, very boring. But highly significant to the platform as a whole. Specifically, Pennvax, 5401, and dMABs
