Members of the Amadiba Crisis Committee in Pondoland, Eastern Cape brought a second interdict against Shell's planned seismic survey on 2 December.
The interdict is separate from the one judged at the Makhanda High Court on Friday. It is aimed at Shell Exploration and Production South Africa, Impact Africa Ltd (a private gas exploration company that is working with Shell) and BG International Ltd (a gas exploration company owned by Shell).
The ACC, made up of residents of the rural Amadiba community, is a force to be reckoned with. It was originally formed to defend residents' land rights against an Australian company, Transworld / MRC, and against Gwede Mantashe / the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy itself - who together had planned to construct an enormous 33 square-kilometer titanium mine in their area. The ACC won the case against Transworld/MRC and the DMRE in the High Court after years of legal struggle, but are still fighting to keep the mining company out of their land.
The ACC marches against Shell's seismic survey plans at 9am on 5 December.
Looking for a range of opinions on what to do following being successfully interdicted after mining.

Ok so, i went to sell Void Opals in HIP 10792 and 3 dudes, 2 Sidewinder and they started interdicting me for almost 6 times but they accidentally entered HIP 10792 9 and crashed, they wanted to look cool by role-playing pirates but i don't know if crash into a planet is part of the rp lol

I cant decide between having a roll with spike/proxy or a chain reaction/blast radius masterwork. Thoughts?

These are more of a way to spice up 6v6 pvp, as I usually use a rocket launcher in my heavy slot. #1 has almost twice the projectile speed of #2, and I imagine that proximity nades will make it easier for "direct" hits, with chain reaction possibly causing havoc against groups of players. However, #2 has an obscenely large blast radius, especially when danger zone procs. I imagine this is easier said than done in a pvp setting, however.
Any heavy grenade enjoyers want to weigh in?
I've been hiding out in temporary accommodation for two weeks - my ex has no idea. Although he's suspicious something is up. Also threatened to go to citizens advice because he has rights. I know he does, I've never not allowed him to see his son since birth.
In all honesty, I'm panicking. How do I prove coercive control? Really don't want to have to go through the domestic abuse unit through the police. I don't have must faith and I'm terrified it'll get turned on me.
He's never been physical. As in he's never left marks. I've been bitten, held down and punched in the legs - although I'd always return that and he'd just do it harder until I stopped. One thing I know for certain, he's got a history of repeated patterns of abuse with me. I know he's done this to others. I ended the relationship at five months pregnant - social work was involved over concerns with his manipulative behaviour (we both have mental health issues). The only time I heard or saw him, was for appointments. He was there for the birth (would have been less stressful with my mum there but he wanted to be present from the beginning).
Let me paint a picture, on what kind of parent he is (brief summary). At the beginning, he was barely around. An hour or two, late in the day. Always passed our son to me when he'd kick off. Kept constant communication through texts, asking how I was doing , how our son was and asking for photos/videos. Then the pandemic reared its ugly head. He couldn't meet up with his friends anymore, so he was in my home 6 hours a day, 7 days a week. He would argue over who changed his nappy. Criticism over everything, from my appear, to our son's apparent physical issues - shape of his head, his ears/hearing issues, lack of words (as he got older, he's only 2!). Wouldn't let me shower or nap when I asked. It got to the point that he asked for days off "I need time for myself because this is hard work". Knowing all to well that I'm very isolated. Only see my mum once a week and the same for his mum. So, he'd come every second day, 6 hours at a time. I'd have to push for everything and act grateful for the help.
He's never taken his son for sleepovers. The list goes on.
The only reason I've been whisked away, is the fact that I believe his behaviour has gradually increased since the birth of our son. He only started carrying a knife once our son was born. His collection is growing at home. Last month he told me that he's had two dreams of stabbing someone to death
